I was able to present the issue of the rust and wanting to easily attach/detach the hitch receiver (it was bent or needed some bending) when MN-bike season hibernates for the winter months. They took a closer look and presented a solution (bending it, cleaning it, rhino line (instead of paint to withstand the winter months if deciding to leave it on during winter months). After speaking with Jeff, post me losing my cool with Andrew, he found a different system that had to be custom made to work. So in Jan, MIS took out the failed system that they installed and replaced it with a modified system that functions perfectly. They worked to fix a problem that was not an install issue. It was a component issue. It took time and they got it right. Since they were willing to work with me and provided me a functional infotainment system I had them also install a front and rear dash cam system. I really appreciate the customer care. Thanks
