But like the car dealers the rate is nearly $150 for less than 10 minutes of work. No thinking involved just plug in a machine type in model and make of car wait for machine to download and transfer data to the fob. You could download a mp3 in nearly the same amount of time. So, 1 star for actually having a walk in facility and the 1/2 star for having the ability to program key fobs. 1/2 star for only person in Springfield that will even attempt to program it besides one other mobile key lock out companies.

Rob Cutright, the awesome owner, welcomed us in, diagnosed the problem, replaced the battery, ran out and bought the alternator and installed that while his lovely wife held the light. She had come in from work as a physical therapist and was waiting to take him home. They stayed open late to get us out by 5:30 and back on the road to Chicago. We had thought we'd be spending the night in Paris!!!! Thank you so much Mr and Mrs Cutright! You are the epitome of customer service!!! And the cost was more than fair too!!!!

When we picked up the vehicle on Sunday, we were charged excessive fees that included a gate and admin fee. The website states that they are open 24 hours. So please be aware when using this company. They obviously feel that they can charge excessive fees when they tow your vehicle. And you're stuck like chuck! Here's a breakdown of the charges. $225.00 towing ( reasonable) $50.00 mileage (less than 10 miles) $50.00 admin fee? ( I filled in the paperwork as owner) $100.00 gate fee? $21.25 credit card fee. $446.25 Total
