Long story short, I was stranded for a period until my husband came to jump my car battery so we could get to the nearest Autozone and get some help. I've had great experiences with them in the past and this time was no different. The parking lot has a few entrances which was sort of weird, but easy enough to figure out. When we entered a nice guy named Bailey came and asked how he could help us. We described our situation and he said he could come test it. He was a good listener. He came out and attempted to test the battery, no charge at all. We decided collectively that we should get a new one. He quickly and efficiently looked up my car make, model, year, and engine and gave us a few options of batteries. We selected one, and he brought it out and asked if we needed help. We said YES! He was great. We chatted while he worked and I held a light. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Turns out he has only worked there 2 months so far. Bailey was a fantastic representative of autozone and just seemed like a good person in general. He went above and beyond to help us out while also being personable and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone and I have only had good experiences with the autozone brand.

I own a 22‑year‑old car that has always been garaged and very well taken care of. I contacted ClearBra to have the old Clear Bra film removed, but both locations refused. They told me I "didn't take care of" the Clear Bra and wouldn't even attempt the removal. It was a beautiful day, so when I got home to Las Vegas, I decided to carefully try peeling it off myself -- and it came right off without any issue. I contacted the business to let them know, expecting a more professional response. Instead, the owner, Dan, said: "Great! Now what do you want me to do?" I explained that I didn't want to drive the car unprotected back to St. George and asked if they could send someone down (only about a two‑hour drive). Dan told me it would "cost him $10,000" to do that and refused, telling me to find somewhere else to get the work done -- even saying he would pay for it elsewhere. If his product and service were truly as high‑quality as advertised, why would he send me to another company instead of standing behind his own work? When I pressed for an explanation, he raised his voice at me. That kind of unprofessional reaction from a business owner is unacceptable. ClearBra's refusal to even try to help, the dismissive attitude, and the owner's aggressive tone made this an especially frustrating experience. (The Office reference anyone??) These are not cheap. Be grateful if you get away with paying anything under $1000 for repair. Mine costed $1700. AAA worked with McNiels auto care to ensure it was replaced and paid for. Your insurance normally covers this theft under comprehensive insurance FYI. Call your insurance and give them your mechanics info. As soon as they reviewed the damage, Andrew took pictures and sent me a link detailing exactly what the extent of the damage was. I was able to review the pics myself. AWESOME TOUCH! Never have I seen an auto mechanic use technology in this way to keep their customers updated. After this, Andrew called me to ensure I understood exactly what happened and what was needed in order to repair. It took them about a week total of ordering the part and installation. I also had them do other work on my car while they waited for the part. They did a great job. Andrew was very courteous and explained every step to get my car back up and running as usual.
