Lexus of Fresno doesn't charge markup on any of their cars and they have had this best practice for years because they truly believe in volume sales and building lasting relationships with their customers! The guy on the phone also got me said it was 205 and when we returned the old one we would get 61 back. However when we got there he said 288 or something and when I questioned it they said when I get the 60 back it will be 205. I said let's just pay cause I didn't want to go somewhere else even though I had found cheaper someone was already coming to install it. This isn't okay and we better get a refund.
