First of all I have to commend Nezo, the office assistant. He was very helpful and returned my call promptly and looked into all my inquiries, and got back to me with what needed to be done. He reassured me that the mechanic that was certified in Chrysler repair would do the best that could possibly be done. He was right, and the repairs were done correctly. I am like most people, I don't like to feel cheated or robbed. That was what my previous mechanic was trying to do to me. He told me that I needed an a/c compressor and expansion valve that would cost about 1200.00 and a new computer becz my car was overheating. That fix would cost 1700.00 as well. It was overheating becz my previous mechanic upon installing a new radiator and fan Jimmy rigged the wiring and used electrical tape to take short cuts that could have caused a head gasket or pistons to blow if it overheated. The a/c didn't need any parts, nor was it leaking. It simply needed freon. I had a feeling I was being snaked by my old mechanic. The Romita mechanic did the diagnostic work and fixed both issues for 800.00. Unfortunately, most of that was in diagnostic charges. But let me tell you, I at least have peace of mind that the work was done right the first time. I was not raked over the coals and robbed. Also, I will be moving out of state in a few months and the work is guaranteed for 24 months or 24k miles. That is not found in most repair shops here in Fresno. I highly recommend Romitas Auto Repair to anyone who may ask. Also, the place doesn't look like an auto repair shop from the "Chico and the Man" show from the 70s. It's clean, comfortable and there is a Lyft service offered within a distance radius to get home. I'm a disabled veteran on my own, and that is always a problem when you have to inconvenience someone you know for a ride home. Plus, a veterans discount is honored at this shop. Do yourself a favor and don't mess with the local chop shop. You'll be pleased by their honesty, professionalism, and courtesy.

For me, it's this initial contact that usually seals the deal in the decision to take the next step. Most people nowadays are reading up on the symptoms with AI, and a good shop imo assumes this interaction. Phil gave me a very reasonable quote and confirmed my hunches were on track. Took the car in first thing in the morning and spoke with a gentleman (maybe the owner) who took my report . No one rushed me, which is key for me. I understand that time is money, but so is trust. For most people, this is won or lost in the first conversation. It's tough because people are just not happy to begin with when they staring down a hefty bill, no matter what usually. EA Service nailed it. Felt totally comfortable the whole time that the car was in good hands, and they did why they said. Period. The price was below the initial estimate which was nice. Phil also did not up-charge me for a battery he ended up getting/needing from the dealer. Extra nice. It turned out that the damage was extensive and that the best option was to replace the engine, which wasn't worth the cost. What I appreciated most about All Access is that they were honest and up front about the extend of the damage and the cost of the repair and transparent about the fact that anything less would not be worth the cost - even though they could have taken apart my engine for $800 and then told me the same thing. They also allowed me to keep my broken car at their location for a week while I figured things out. I truly appreciated their honesty and kindness, and if I lived in Fresno, they'd be my go-to for repairs!

First off I wanna say that I liked how nice I was greeted when first visiting this shop.........but all changed shortly after that. 8/6/26 I went in to Felix Automotive to see if I could get my car looked at and was told he couldnt do it til Monday. so I went down dropped my car off on Monday 8/10/26 @10am and was told he couldnt get to it til the morning which would be Tuesday the 11th (today). At this point I left my car so he could do it first thing in the morning. So I called about my car at about 11am today 8/11/26 and was told he was pulling it in tothe shop right now to look at it. I jumped on the bus and went down to Felix Automotive and walked in, Larry asked if I needed the car and I said yes so I can get to work. I then asked if he has looked at it and he said no and told me S**T HAPPENS. At that point I asked if he cursed at all his customers and I got Larry in my face pointing at me with his finger. At this point I asked why he didnt call me and tell me he was busy and I could have took it somewhere else. I of course used the f word a few times but never towards Larry just in the frustration of the situation. Larry then went on to tell me F**K YOU with both his arms crossed like the old days. If you were busy you could have said you were busy not just leavy car there to sit. I would not recommend a place of buisness like this, if he will tell me FU, he will tell you FU also!
