    First time in checking out the NEW dealership. It's slick, very modern, well laid out and super TECH oriented. Beautiful, functional areas to sit, wait, eat, lounge or whatever.... The garage where they work on the vehicles is like something on another planet! Super interesting check-in/advisors decks. Love that they don't have cheesy music pumped out and the drink/coffee station is well laid out and roomy. Now, if only my Lexus needed servicing! So glad the new ES isn't tempting me, at all! It's boxy and not as athletic and sexy as what I'm driving now! Good. I was worried there for a while until it was released! Interested in seeing what comes down the pike over the next several years! Love the brand and the awesome 'next level' service I get here with this dealership! -G

    Car still in service at 3:47PM

    Booked service 3 weeks in advance for a 3-hour window with a loaner. After a 1.5-hour drive, Advisor Justin Vang doubled the estimate to 6 hours and threatened an overnight hold, claiming the loaner I was promised somehow justified the delay. Manager Stacy Sanchez was dismissive and called the 6-hour wait "standard practice." Immediately after my 11:30 AM complaint, their internal system was manually changed to a 12 PM completion time without notice, even though work hadn't begun. I returned the loaner and waited in the lobby. I have a timestamped photo proving my car was still physically in the service bay at 3:47 PM, nearly 4 hours after their system showed a false 12:00 PM completion time. I waited over 6 hours total with my teenage son. GM Mike Gibson admitted the original 3-hour quote was "not possible" but refused to correct the false internal records or provide accountability. He also falsely claimed home delivery was offered; it was not. I have filed formal complaints with the BBB, NCDS (for binding arbitration), and the CA Bureau of Automotive Repair. I have an active case with Lexus Corporate. I am seeking truth, record correction, and accountability, not financial compensation.

    Have taken my vehicle here for two services and they have really exemplified the epitome of great customer service, attention to detail, and ensured our vehicle is receiving factory recommended service. They have even washed our car, we appreciate this dealership from the service to the sales staff and will continue to make the trek to them. Service is second to none.     I recently bought a used 2017 Lexus CT 200h from MyCarPark.com! While I love the car, it has been well used and driven! My "Maintenance required soon" light popped on so I decided to make a stop at Fresno Lexus. I've read so many positive reviews prior to stopping in, so I was excited. I brought my car in on 1/6/25. Everyone I encountered at Lexus was very friendly and personable (amazing first impressions!) Justin Vang assisted me through out servicing. I was offered a loaner vehicle with no hesitation while my car was being serviced. The car was very fancy, it was a 2024 NX 350h. I was so grateful. My car was done on 1/7/25. Awesome service, thank you, Fresno Lexus. You all did not disappoint.

Thank goodness I was literally 1 block from PepBoys. I turned into the parking lot, jumped out of the car and had a completely flat tire. Andrew helped me right away and provided excellent customer service. I mentioned that I had an all-wheel drive car (Honda CRV) and the last time something like this happened I needed to replace all 4 tires, not just one. He tested the tires and knew they were not very worn (which was correct) and recommended replacing 2 (not 4) due to the measurements, but I wanted all 4 tires to match and asked for an estimate for 4 tires, which was about $750. Ugh!! After waiting a short while in the waiting room, Andrew came back to tell me that the flat tire was salvageable. What the heck!!?? He said the tire popped from a nail, which meant it could be fixed (FYI: my previously popped tire was a huge gash from running into a curb, which could not be fixed). End result: The initial $750 estimate, turned into $21 out the door. Just wow! I was soooooo happy. PepBoys could have just replaced all 4 tires, which is what I asked for, and I never would have known a thing. $750 gone like that! But they saw it wasn't necessary and brought it to my attention. I swear I will never go anywhere else. Pep boys is my ride or die now. Thank you so much, to Andrew and to the whole PepBoys staff. Now this is how you do business. WITH TRUST!! You now have a customer for life!

Two weeks later, Richie (the salesperson) called me and said the car was a fraud and that they would switch me into a 2026 model. He assured me that nothing would change except for about $40 more per month. My father-in-law explained that this wasn't right--since it was their mistake, everything should have stayed the same. That Thanksgiving weekend, Richie called and said the new car was ready. When we arrived, I immediately noticed the car did not have the red seats or AWD like my original vehicle. Richie then said, "You either take the car or you're going to be carless," which felt threatening and was a major red flag. After going back and forth, he finally agreed to keep everything the same and add the red seats. I had already paid to tint my original car, but he said that was "too much already," so I let it go. Next, I went into the finance office with Mano. He repeatedly tried to upcharge GAP insurance, saying it was a newer car. But I had told him Riche had said everything was going to stay the same. When I mentioned the vehicle wasn't even AWD, he responded with, "What do you even need it for?" That comment was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. He refused to budge until his manager stepped in and told him to leave everything the same--only then did he comply. Within a week, the service department called to schedule the red seat installation they promised. Things seemed fine until I received another call saying the shop hit a dog, which resulted in a cracked front bumper and headlight. This entire experience has been exhausting, frustrating, and completely avoidable. Between the misinformation, pressure tactics, disrespectful comments, and now damage to my vehicle, this has been one problem after another.
