Okay it maybe my fault not trying to escalate and get what I wanted. Things happen for a reason that's what is said. I went in for a test drive on a new Lexus IS and I loved the car. I just wanted specific specs like an all wheel drive. I understand sales wants to move what they already have. I had the same problem with Lexus in Monterey. I was questioned on why I wanted an all wheel drive vehicle and why I wanted certain color combinations. I planned on putting down well over 20,000 dollars. Sales would not help me get an all wheel drive vehicle and the one that was coming in it was not a great time frame for me. I think when I customer is planning on putting half of the sales cost of a vehicle, they should get what they want. I'm sure people have great experiences with Lexus as for me I did not. read more

Booked service 3 weeks in advance for a 3-hour window with a loaner. After a 1.5-hour drive, Advisor Justin Vang doubled the estimate to 6 hours and threatened an overnight hold, claiming the loaner I was promised somehow justified the delay. Manager Stacy Sanchez was dismissive and called the 6-hour wait "standard practice." Immediately after my 11:30 AM complaint, their internal system was manually changed to a 12 PM completion time without notice, even though work hadn't begun. I returned the loaner and waited in the lobby. I have a timestamped photo proving my car was still physically in the service bay at 3:47 PM, nearly 4 hours after their system showed a false 12:00 PM completion time. I waited over 6 hours total with my teenage son. GM Mike Gibson admitted the original 3-hour quote was "not possible" but refused to correct the false internal records or provide accountability. He also falsely claimed home delivery was offered; it was not. I have filed formal complaints with the BBB, NCDS (for binding arbitration), and the CA Bureau of Automotive Repair. I have an active case with Lexus Corporate. I am seeking truth, record correction, and accountability, not financial compensation. read more

I made an appointment to see a used car that had just been reduced by $2500.00. Came in, took a test drive with John, which went well. Didn't care for the color, but the car was fine. I was pre-approved by my credit union. I agreed to pay asking price and crazy expensive Lexus warranty. Wasn't enough. Spent some time with Jimmy Mendoza at Fresno Lexus. I went there to look at a used vehicle. To my surprise I walked up and wasn't swarmed by a bunch of sales people like the last few dealerships I visited. I was politely greeted and I asked for Jimmy. They helped me get in touch with him. While I waited for Jimmy to come, I got to look around the showroom at all the new vehicles. One other person greeted me and asked if I was helped and I said yes he said great if you need anything in the meantime let me know. Everybody was very polite, the showroom was immaculate, and nice and cool. Jimmy came out and we went out to look at the vehicle. He was very upfront about pricing and anything else that I was asking about. We took the vehicle for a drive and I really liked it. We went back to the desk to talk numbers where I expected to be swindled or trying to be sold something I didn't need while crunching numbers. Jimmy ran some preliminary numbers based off of information I provided him. He wanted to give me an idea of what I would be looking at financially before actually running my credit. When the numbers looked like what I wanted, he said all right let's run it. Came back with really good numbers, better than what he even quoted me and I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Printed all the documents brought them out and explained every single page to me as I signed it. Answered all the questions that I had. Jimmy did offer gap insurance as well as bumper to bumper insurance. I denied it and that was the last you brought it up. He didn't try to force it on me or try to convince me that it was important that I purchase it. After all the documents were signed, the finance manager came over to greet me and to thank me for giving them the service. That's when I thought it was going to happen, were they try to pull fast one or try to say I need to buy these things or whatever. But much to my surprise, he just wanted to greet me and thank me for my business and to make sure I didn't have any questions about anything. It was that simple. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Fresno Lexus not just for a new car but a used car that they would have on the lot. Purchased a Certified Lexus at the end of October 2024. Love the car, didn't love the customer care we received. Salesman informed us sales manager required my credit be run for an all cash purchase. Not happy about their requirement but wanted the car so I allowed them. Come to find out, no, that's not a requirement. Extremely shady in my opinion. Three months later as I write this review, I still have not received any kind of thank you from my salesman or the dealership. Bought my f-sport nx here! car is amazing but service isn't as great. I was first promised 5 years of warranty and gap-insurance which was then "taken back." I highly understand dealing with an older sales representative but I do not appreciate being asked if I was confused. My car was "cleaned" but had stickers inside/outside, not cleaned well at all inside or outside. I never received my second pair of keys. I bought the remote function on the app just for it not to work and told I have to fix my SOS button, diagnostic fee $260 plus repairs. I'm highly disappointed. Absolutely HATE the new location!! It's like fool's gold, it's shiny, pretty and sparkly, but once you take a good look at it, it's for show only. There's absolutely no privacy. In the last location, there's small offices for finance, service, and consultation. Right now you cannot even whisper without everybody listening in. When I checked in for the service, other workers and customers were only arm reach away. We talked over one another. Others could see my informations. In the old office I could sit down when the agents pulled out my information. In the new location I had to stand at the counter waiting. There's not even plastic dividers between me and other customers. It's worse than DMV!! When I wanted to buy a new car I could hear and see other people in the next cubicle. When I was making tens and thousands dollars of deal I did not appreciate that my convulsions were not private. The restroom is way at the end of the building. It's not as convenient as the one in the old building. There's no reason to have small high tables and bar stools. You're selling cars not coffee or French fries. Smalls cubicles with phone chargers or more comfortable sofas with TV will be more practical. The new location was built and designed without having customers in mind. After wasting so much money on impartial stuffs, at lease you could spend a little money on building walls and doors for the financial department and the customers services. read more

After feeling disgruntled with my current car for quite some time, I decided to start shopping for a new car. I stopped by all the dealerships in the Palm/Herndon area. One of our first stops was Lexus (I had gone with a friend). I have to admit that I was not impressed with the person we were greeted by. He didn't seem very knowledgeable and also didn't seem very eager to help me navigate my situation. We left in under 10 minutes and we both weren't feeling it. He never gave me a card so I don't remember his name. I basically wrote off Lexus. After another 2-3 weeks of shopping around, I had decided on an Acura but before I made the final decision , I decided to give Lexus one more shot. I had purchased a Lexus from Fresno Lexus many years ago with a good experience so thought maybe my most recent experience was a fluke. This time it was completely different. I had made an appointment online and was assigned to Dominic and it was a wonderful experience. I test drove two completely different vehicles and he helped me through narrowing down what I really wanted. He understood that I was hesitant to sell my current car (so didn't apply pressure) but still answered all questions and helped any way he could. I ended up buying a car that day...which wasn't my intention but I was prepared if all the stars aligned. Dominic has still continued to follow up, even post sale. I highly recommend him. My only complaint about the process (not Dominic) was how excruciatingly long it was. I know buying a car is never a quick thing, but my appointment was at 11:00am and it was sunset before I drove off with my car. There was only a two hour respite when I had to go home to let my dog out and they had to get the car from the roof and make it pretty. So in all, it was around a 7 hour process. Granted this included test drives, but I was so mentally exhausted by the end of the it, and was trying to beat the clock so I could leave before it was completely dark, that I really couldn't even enjoy the experience of driving it off the lot. I was hoping to come in a little bit earlier than requested but was not able to since they were booked up. That was fine. I checked out the waiting area and it was a little on the small side. They have free water and a Keurig coffee maker. They do have a small outdoor area that you can sit and wait in a covered area but the seats look sad and well used. read more
