I came across Williams and sons. i walked inside to ask some questions about the yard and even though they couldn't allow me to walk around they had some great prices. I go to leave and my car wouldn't start, it ended up being a starter. they helped me get another one. they even let me keep the car here over the weekend. I told them upfront I would like to ride it because I have no idea if I even would like it- Where every other business would had just left me standing there or would had told me- no test drives before purchase- they handed me the key, told me a good route to go and even said- ride it as much as you like. Who does that nowadays? I really liked it but I still was uncertain, as yeah- it's a lot of money to waste if buyer's remorse sets in- so I told them I'd like to sleep over it and see, if that's really what I want. No problem- they where not mad, even happy that I didn't make the decision lightly. The next morning I called them and told them that I take it. I came right after lunch- the bike was serviced and ready to roll. The whole process lasted maybe an hour, where everyone else would waste your whole day. I received a very detailed explanation of the price, the cost and also offered a great coverage warranty- which I also purchased. I went home to get the truck and picked it up the same day. Awesome. The best buying experience I ever had in my life, where they really want you to be happy genuinely and not just because they want your money. Also the bike is awesome and reasonably priced in the market. Thank you so much and Ol' Red's has a new customer for a long time.

We got to the store and apparently they didn't have it in stock at all and didn't when we called. Pretty good way to not have your customers come back and head to the auto parts down the street instead.

This use to be the only parts store I would shop at. The last few days I have been in there several…read moretimes. I pulled up and I knew my battery was bad; a shop replaced it with an autozone battery not even four months ago. Well I called the shop after I was told they couldn't help me because the warranty wasn't in my name. The lady from the shop asked to speak to someone and he was a complete jerk to her. She gave the shop's customer id number and all he said he still couldn't do it. So I had to buy another battery. There wasn't nothing I could do but that unless I wanted to be stranded at autozone. The next day I swap the battery under warranty out st the location the shop bought it from. I try to return the brand new battery I just bought not even three days ago and was told I couldn't return it. They have the absolute worst customer service now, the worst it's been in I know 7-8 years. The only one that goes the extra mile is Jonas.

I got a new truck for work and one of the first things I had to do was get the bed covered. I carry…read morearound a lot of products and literature in the bed of my truck and I cant leave it out for the elements to abuse. I stopped by Line-X and made an appointment for the next week. The guy working said that it would take about an hour to put on the truck bed cover, which was fine, but on the morning of install, his co-worker never showed up so he had to do it all himself. I was a little upset that it took so long but he was a nice guy and so far (about a month) it is working just fine. There is one tiny little piece of steel that catches on the latch but I plan to go in and have it adjusted. I would think that is easily accomplished. The cover I got is pretty nice and it was under $1000 so I am happy with it.

I asked if they could give me a more specific time frame or call me when they were on the way, but they said they couldn't do that. No one ever showed up to take the car. No call to let me know either. Terrible customer service.
