I checked the date on the battery a week later and found a date sticker of 4/22, ten months old already into a three year warranty! When I went back to the store the manager said that AutoZone sells battery's that are up to EIGHTEEN MONTHS OLD. That's half of it's three year warranty. I've owned cars for over half a century and have never heard of anything so absurd. He did say that they would honor the warranty but I'm still paying $210 for a year old battery. Is corporate dumping old stock through this store?

He said he needed to see what kind of car I had. To me this made no sense because either you can or you can't install a light bulb. Maybe I'm wrong. So going to the parking lot he tells me to "pop my hood" so I pop it. Keep in mind. I have a factory car. No mods/upgrades, nothing super fancy a regular mass model SUV. He looks at the headlight, and tells me he can't install it without un-screwing nuts and bolts and such and he can't do that because it's a liability. That's all fine and dandy. But I told this guy when I got up to the counter my make and model of my car and asked if they could install it right then and there. Why waste my time going to the parking lot, and doing all that if they can't unscrew/unbolt the headlight. I don't know much about cars but I'm pretty sure mine isn't the only one that has bolts on the headlight. After shutting the hood he says "aren't you going to come back inside and buy the bulb" and I said "well not if you guys can't install it. I definitely can't install it myself" and he said "well you can still buy the light bulb". I don't understand. Don't make somebody go through all of that if you can't even install it. No I didn't buy the light bulb because I can't install it myself. Just a big disappointment from this place all together.

I will say that Mobil One is expensive, but if you have money to spare they are worth it. Installed a stereo and subs for me and I brought it back twice, not with issues but simply things I wasn't happy with. They immediately took my car in and fixed my issues without any problem and made my cars sound awesome. Think of the price as insurance.

There are other shops I use for regular preventive maintenance tasks but this is where I go when something is Broken. They are great at diagnosing that mysterious noise (what's that squeak?) or figuring out why the old truck just died by the side of the road. They are willing and able to tackle the oddball repairs that come up with old vehicles - the sort of repairs that the oil change shops aren't equipped to fix and the Dealers just don't want to fool with (motor mounts, valve cover gaskets, suspension work, etc.). Of course they are capable of oil changes and minor work. They sell name-brand tires. They are great at what they do. That said, sometimes the repairs are expensive but I never feel like I have been ripped off. They are keeping my old truck on the road for way less than the cost of a new one. They have coupons available on their website that help ease the pain a little. Actual repairs are expensive no matter where you go. The shop is very clean. The staff are all friendly and professional. I am not a mechanic but I know a lot about cars. I love the fact that they will listen to me and what I am saying and not treat me like I don't know anything. I appreciate the respect there. The technicians are obviously well-trained and skilled at their craft. They are a small, locally-owned shop, but this is not a fly-by-night, shade-tree operation. They are always willing to shuttle me home and pick me up later if repairs are going to take a while. Sometimes the communication isn't so timely when I'm sitting at home waiting for them to call, but they don't seem to mind if I call and bug them either. My experiences with them have all been positive. Highly recommended!

Three years in and these guys have been consistently great. Just got the 60k service done on my…read more2022 car, which includes a number of expensive preventive maintenance items. All of them necessary unfortunately. The service writers have been working with me to spread out the services across three service intervals to help ease the "sticker shock" and still get the maintenance done. Did some at the 54k, some more at the 60k, and the last will be done at the 66k. I have dealt with two or three Service Writers through this process and all have been very understanding and willing to help. The service department keeps good records and history of the car which also helps. Words of advice: whatever your car and wherever you take it, don't put off the preventive maintenance! It might be expensive, but it is still cheaper than tearing up your car or getting stranded by the side of the road. Maintenance is cheaper than repairs. Preventive Maintenance is very important to ANY vehicle! Over this time, they have remodeled the lobby and waiting area so it is very comfortable. Free coffee, water, nice bathrooms, etc. They ditched the Lincoln franchise so it is Subaru-only as of 2025. Good experiences and so I keep going back. I'm probably going to buy another car in 2026 and it will probably be from these guys.

They tried to send me home at 5:30 with my tires not being aligned and "dangerously low brake pads" because Jason David he wanted to go home. His words not mine. I said I needed this work done before I drive an hour home. I felt unsafe driving home with my car in that condition. The mechanic said he'd "stay late to finish". While the mechanic was working on my car, the employee named Jason David told me, "If he (the mechanic) works a 4 hour long job and finishes it in 1, then he still gets paid for the 4 hour long job. He gets paid around 200,000 dollars a year." Then I get the bill (attached below). $833 on labor. I think they took advantage of me because they knew I needed the work done on my car right then and there. I am uploading my bill for financial transparency amongst customers. I do not want anyone to get hit with a bill like this. He fixed two additional issues and my bill went up my almost $1000. I had to charge this to my credit card which messed with my credit amount being used which affected my credit score in the middle of me refinancing the car. I am utterly disgusted at this Subaru store. All of my Subaru friends & I have affirmed we are never doing business here again.
