But you should really keep it to yourself, I don't appreciate the signs, and the notes, and sitting in a waiting room with questionable commentary being blasted at me. My new tires were installed, aligned and balanced to perfection. The price was fair and they even notified me of a maintenance issue on my suburban that needed to be repaired. My suburban ball joints were replaced and the 200K+ mile suburban drives as good as it did when I bought it new. I am recommending Tire World to EVERYONE! Alex helped me navigate shoddy work that was done by a another mechanic shop and even took my car to them to show them their mistakes. Luckily, that mechanic shop fixed everything they were responsible for free of charge. I doubt that would have happened without Tire World's mechanics noticing it and Alex's help. As a woman who does not know much about cars I really appreciated this. We are taking all three of our cars to Tire World now and I am singing their praise (especially Alex's) to everyone. Not only are these guys some of the most honest mechanics I've experienced. But they also do everything they can to make sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get for a great a mechanic. Here's the scoop my wife's right front break pad got stuck and started smoking on the highway. We got a quote from Firestone over the phone for over $700 to do the rotors, calipers, and pad. We call this place they quote us for $500 (worst case scenario). Once we got there the guys were extremely courteous and knowledgable. They dove through hoops to get parts for us without us even asking. They even stayed late to make sure everything was fixed and working properly. Turns out we had to pay less than originally quoted. We are now loyal customers. read more

One of my tires was so bad you could almost see the cords. I didn't want to spend a lot and was worried my car also need an alignment, as it was listing to the right a little. Last week I went to this company to rotate my tires and get an oil change. I was called a while later and was told that they did not think I needed to rotate my tires. That saved me money and was an example of honest dealing in a business that has a less than honest reputation. I also asked them to fix my windshield washer spray which they did at no charge. They wanted $900 for an alternator and a new battery! Something that should have cost $500-$600 at the most, they wanted $900. We said no thank you and my husband fixed my car in the parking lot and it only cost him $300 in parts. I am very diaspointed in their price, especially since we have taken my car there for the last two years and have liked the work they do. We are now looking for a new mechanic because the price they gave us is ridiculous. read more

Been coming here for YEARS to get oil changes and tires. NO MORE! I brought my car in to get and oil change and tire rotation. Got back to my office and realized that my charger cables had been taken. When I called to see if they knew anything, they told me that I probably left them at home or i lost them. Why would I leave my CAR charger at home?!?! None of their guys could have possibly take them. Will need tires soon...not from them! read more

These people are completely incompetent or they just don't care. My husbands tires were installed wrong and they refused to admit or correct their mistake and my husband had to bring his truck somewhere else to get the issue corrected. In the process they found more problems where Tire World broke other peices then what they admitted too and some other Jerry rigging which only proved their incompetence. read more

I've been here several times and I'm always impressed. The work is good and they never try to upsell me. I brought my car in today for a brake issue and left after paying $110 to have my front rotors resurfaced. They didn't recommend any additional work. Another place was going to charge me $130 "diagnostic fee," plus the cost of repairs. Tire World did the work for less than the "diagnostic fee." As a woman, I'm always worried about being ripped off by mechanics, but I've never felt that way at Tire World. I highly recommend them. read more

During their spark plug repair they admitted that they broke the spark plug in half and stripped the threads. They charged me $466.88 and within minutes, the spark plug they repaired came loose and pushed through the head causing significant damage. When we called, they instructed us to take it to the Honda dealer because they said they were "too busy". Honda said that to repair the car it will cost $3800. Tire World refused to submit the claim to their malpractice carrier because Ethan said the amount was "too small" yet they are refusing to pay Honda for the repair for the damage that Tire World caused. Several other people have since told me that they have had terrible service with Mandeville Tire World. It is not a reputable shop, and they have been very unethical in their business dealings. In my long life, I have been to probably every car mechanic in Mandeville. As a woman I was usually jacked around and ripped off left and right, and just taken advantage of. That is until I found the Tire World across the parking lot from Fresh Market. They are hands-down, flat-out the most honest people, the kindest people, and the most professional I've ever experienced. They keep a record of my vehicle on the computer and they get all my business now. They do and fix EVERYTHING! There is no need to go anywhere else. They are super FAST also and usually one can just wait and as soon as you walk in, they get right on your vehicle, even when real busy. I really don't know how they accomplish that. Their prices are amazing!! They will also explain everything to you and have never overcharged me. I think I stumbled upon them one day about 15 years ago and since that day, have never brought my car anywhere else. No more shopping around hoping to find someone who won't blatantly rip me off.
