    Went to get a tiny rock mark filled. They cracked the windshield. Two weeks to get glass and then charged me $100!

Once the estimate was complete, I called and asked for a time that I could drop it off that worked with my schedule. After not getting any response for a week, I finally stopped in and was told I needed to schedule a drop off which wasn't for another week. Obviously it's impossible to drop off any vehicle except at specific times because the "system" doesn't allow it. The customer service was -10

This place is money hungry and does not help you at all but…read moreonly makes things worse and break more pieces of your car that was not even damaged from the get go and then try to put it on your insurance and say they will cover it.. oh no, Gerber will cover it because Gerber broke it, my insurance is not about to go up again because Gerber broke more pieces. Then they didn't even tell me they broke it at first as they just handed me my keys and let me walk out to go find the broken part THEY BROKE. This place is ridiculous. On top of all that, it was claimed that a piece was on back order since December until now when I personally called the Retail company myself and the piece that was supposedly on back order was in fact I stocked but in Florida, they just needed to call to get it via shipped through FedEx... but did they.. no. Straight money hungry just wanted to wait a long time so they can get more money to let the car sit in their shop. This place needs to be reviewed and looked into. As I went get my rental car today, the last there told me Gerbers Collision always has complaints, that not long ago Gerber took of a grill and put a new one on the customers car without consent to do so and then was arguing back and forth with the customer trying to convince her how good the "new" grill looked and was refusing to put on her original grill!! The customer had to prove her original grill! I would strongly advise future potential customers to use this place as a last resort and go elsewhere. A law suit will be in the works shortly if my issues don't immediately resolve

I was told I had an oil leak and needed a $200 diagnostic…read moreso they had my car all day no phone call and when I called at almost 5 they still had not looked at my car. So I had to pay to uber to and from work, etc. So no one calls to tell me what the outcome of the diagnostic was because my service rep wasn't in. Finally, tired of waiting, I called and I got a message of what I needed. I said yes, order the parts i will get it fixed. A few months later I called to see why I wasn't called to have my car repaired and was told a part was on backorder, this was in November, it is now May. No follow up and then someone (sales associate) from Banner texts me so I tell them my situation. Nothing. No follow up. So I spent $200 for nothing and how do I trust them now?

Unfortunately, that's where the good experience ends. I purchased a vehicle on July 17th, 2025 via auction, and since mid-August I've had to call at least once a week just to get an update on the title status. Despite all these calls -- and multiple emails sent to the management team -- I've yet to receive a single follow-up email or return phone call. At this point, my only option is to share my experience publicly in hopes that someone from the dealership will respond. I simply need an update or a timeline for when we'll receive the title for the vehicle purchased back in July. I would caution any potential buyer to be very careful when purchasing a vehicle here -- not just because of the title delay, but because of the complete lack of follow-up communication afterward.
