I came in for a battery return issue (was sold the wrong battery, although I returned it 10 months later when the battery was first purchased, the 3 year warranty was very much still active) I gave this Jessica ONE STORY, not five, perhaps she couldn't understand logic, regardless, she was nasty, refused to give a refund unless I had the old outdated and compromised card, I wasn't offered cash as an option! Very rude, condescending and very unprofessional, and then once confronted with her mistake through proper channels she proceeded to blame me, the customer, for her failure to comprehend how it is she is to do her job! Seriously, if you do not want to deal with EVERY customer, then perhaps don't work customer service!! I have not the words in the English language for how to properly communicate my dissatisfaction with this experience!

I will say that Mobil One is expensive, but if you have money to spare they are worth it. Installed a stereo and subs for me and I brought it back twice, not with issues but simply things I wasn't happy with. They immediately took my car in and fixed my issues without any problem and made my cars sound awesome. Think of the price as insurance.

After calling Ford, I was advised not to drive the vehicle any further, so I made my way to the nearest location in Slidell. I was extremely overwhelmed and honestly had an anxiety attack because I didn't know what was wrong with my car or how I was going to handle it. The manager and staff went above and beyond in a way that truly touched me. The manager actually took a moment to pray with me and helped calm me down when I couldn't even think straight. That meant more to me than I can put into words. They took great care of both me and my vehicle, quickly diagnosing the issue and reassuring me that it wasn't major. What stood out the most was the compassion, patience, and genuine care they showed during such a stressful moment. It's rare to find people who truly care about their customers, not just the service, but the person. This experience reminded me that there are still good, kind-hearted people in this world. I'm beyond grateful and highly recommend this location to anyone needing service.

My experience with Supreme Ford Service Service Center has been poor…read more My 2008 Lincoln Navigator was hit by a wheel/tire that flew off another vehicle while travelling on I 10, near Slidell, Louisiana. The left side was hit by the flying object, damaging the driver's side quarter panel and blowing out the driver's side rear wheel. I had the vehicle towed to Supreme Ford in Slidell for repairs covered by my insurance company. After 6 weeks, the vehicle was ready. My husband went and drove it home. Upon inspecting it, I noticed that there was no driver's side wheel well. I drove back and they agreed to install it. I also noticed that the driver's head lamp assembly was full moisture. I spent 30 minutes arguing with the service manager about how this moisture build up inside the headlamp assembly could cause the bulb to go out. He said I had to comeback another day ( I drove 70 miles from my home) to attempt to replace it and stated that it was common for water to get inside the lamp assembly. I disagreed because my insurance company paid for a new head lamp assembly in the accident estimate, insisting that a new headlamp assembly should not leak in water and mine was full of water. This may be true for an old headlamp assembly, but this unit was newly replaced. Approximately 6 weeks later, while in Colorado, the bulb went out and when mechanics attempted to replace the bulb with a new one, it would not light up, there was a serious problem. The assembly, costing more than $1000, for a used unit, would have to be replaced, and by this time I had driven to Texas to work on my rental units. I had to avoid driving at night and still cannot drive at night which means I may have to cancel my planned vacation. I have offered to show pictures of the faulty headlamp assembly and have requested that a new one be sent here to Texas, or alternatively, if the unit could be ordered now and be ready when I drive there on my planned trip to Florida. They said that neither of these was an option.
