Told them at the store that the discount did not reflect on my receipt, They told me the discount was reflected in the price. So it was the same price as every other store. But, even though my vehicle DOES.NOT.RUN., they will not allow someone else to pick that manual up for me. I have to get it myself even though they have my online purchase on record. So, since my vehicle DOES.NOT.RUN...I have to have someone (that same someone who was going to pick it up for me since they would drive right by the place and to whom I provided order info available only to me, including that resulting barcode for the purchase) come get me then drive all the way back to said AZ so they can "verify my purchase". Tire World was the first place I called. I spoke with Tim, who informed me it could be as simple as a screw holding the windshield wiper arm had come loose. I took my truck to Tire World and Tim personally looked at the issue and determined the issue was indeed as the screw and tightened it back down for me and didn't even charge a penny. (Which is completely overpriced.... A piece of wiring that is 2 inches long.) I guess because I'm a woman and I wanted to ask a question in regards to being the correct part and he wasn't happy about it. He looked at me like I was an idiot and like I didn't know what I was talking about and they proceeded to tell me to leave ... I know what I'm talking about and I know what I need.
