But after today I will never come here again. I ordered a part that I had my mom pick up and added her as a pick up person. Well when she got there, a heavier man (on the receipt it says Nick) was the one to help" her. He was incredibly rude from his tone to his body language. My mom is a very nice lady who did not deserve this treatment. He was very rudely asking her if it was an online order (it was), he said that she was not showing up on his end as a pickup up person but I had sent her the screenshot of the brder information and he was being incredibly nateful towards her when he was arguing that it wasnt showing on his end. She was not being any sort of way towards him yet he was continuing to be agressive toward her. I understand everyone has bad days but this was out of character for this store and now one should act while working. He was acting like he was doing her a favor by following the rules and preferences of who l, the buyer, was asking for. I can not get behind this behavior. If you value good customer service, do not come to this store because "Nick" deserves nothing short of what he dishes out. I'm incredibly unhappy.

I don't usually do this because I give people the benefit that she might have had something bad happen that day to put them in a bad mood but it was beyond ridiculous. Tire World was the first place I called. I spoke with Tim, who informed me it could be as simple as a screw holding the windshield wiper arm had come loose. I took my truck to Tire World and Tim personally looked at the issue and determined the issue was indeed as the screw and tightened it back down for me and didn't even charge a penny. We were close to O'Reilly's on Almaville in Smyrna, Tn. Told young man Noah our situation and he knew exactly what was going on. Heater hoses were leaking. He ordered the hoses we needed, they arrived in 1 1/2 hours. Noah was our guardian angel. He took his lunch break and took old hoses off and replaced with the new ones.
