And even though they said the cash and carry price is only if you take home the battery yourself and install it, they were kind enough to help me install my new one right then and there! Super awesome service! Today, it was my husband's turn for the big swtich. His was dead completely and we were on a tight schedule that day, so we couldnt go home and bring the battery in. They were nice enough to give us the discount and just have us bring in the battery the next day! Amazing i tell ya! This is the best place for all your battery needs! I went this morning to replace a battery I bought in August 2022 with a 30 month warranty. The guy told me I only had a month left, I got to the place and another person was having the same issue. Apparently in 2022 they were selling batteries that needed to be filled with water 2-3 times a year, they had a crappy sign on one of the registers but nothing in writing in the invoice they gave me back in 2022 and told me to hold on to. The employees there said my sale was done by the general manager Guillermo Esparza and that he never makes mistakes telling the clients about the water needed to be refilled. I asked to talk to Esparza but the two employees are prompt to tell me he wasn't there. One of them had my invoice and without me even noticing, wrote on it "warranty voided 12/16/25 and his signature. If they were doing things legally, it was no need to write anything on my back. Hope nobody else ever falls for such crappy service

I was really surprised by the amount of auto parts items that they had for sale. They had different brands for different items. We couldn't find the starter fluid so we asked one of the associates and they instantly located it for us. The store was not busy or packed and we had a good experience shopping here. It was Friday and they had a refreshing drink along with various types of snacks such as cookies and pastries and other goodies. I wish more stores had the shopping experience as O'Reilly's at this location. There were plenty of workers and I didn't have to wait to ask someone for help. We had originally set up an appointment for 9:00am. Due to unfortunate circumstances courtesy of Starbucks on Lee Trevino's inept ordering system (don't ask), I was running about 15 minutes late. But luckily the dude was cool with it once he called and I assured him I was totally on my way. It didn't really seem all that busy when I walked in either. And I *think* he was by himself that day. I'm not even sure if other people work there, to tell the truth. But it's my first time so...don't take my word on that. After my recent BMW purchase, I only needed the two front windows tinted. I can't speak for everyone else's experiences. But as far as I'm concerned, the prices here are very fair. I only had to pay $70 for two windows. Granted, I drive a subcompact SUV now but...I'd like to think this place is quite consistent when it comes to pricing. We'll soon see once we take my wife's car in to get all her windows tinted. As you probably already guessed, the job was done very professionally. It only takes about a day and a half or little more for the tint to settle enough to roll down your windows again. Mine had NO bubbles whatsoever. Ultimately, dude did a solid job and the whole thing only took about an hour. I'd recommend this place over the likes of, say...Audio Express any day. I also highly recommend scheduling an appointment beforehand. This guy apparently gets booked up fairly quickly. He can also quote you a price over the phone (or on Yelp). Actually, my quote was originally $5 higher. So, that's good. I'm gonna give Extasy Tinting & Accessories (crikey, that almost sounds like a sexual innuendo) 5 perfectly tinted windows that don't look like bubble wrap out of 5.
