Absolutely horrible service and a waste of almost $200. Don't waste your money or your time! Go somewhere that is Apple certified or to the Apple Store! Most of the stuff I shop for like strings or chords are behind the counter so you can't browse like other stores. I do enjoy just looking at stuff and you can't really do that here. You can ask to see them a they're more than happy to let you look at them, but it's not the same feeling. Especially when I'm just looking, I feel like I'm wasting the guy's time.
