He gave me his cell phone number and said he could ship it to me if I paid with my credit card. Being a little bit leery I first looked up the address Scott provided, using Google, and found a wrecking yard, which is what I expected. The phone number there, was different from what I was given via email, so to be safe, I called that number on White Pages and asked the Spanish-speaking person who answered, for Scott. Scott came to the phone, we discussed the purchase and cost to ship, and I gave him my card info. Two days later, it arrived! Wrapped in Saran Wrap and boxed suitably. I saved about $40 even after paying for shipping. I will contact them again for any future car parts.

I was told that writing off my husband's truck repair "made it even", although the employee told my husband all he did was clean off a few spark plugs. My door is unable to open, very clearly damaged and will probably cost upwards of $400 to fix. I am disgusted by this establishment and it's employees. I implore the citizens of Onalaska to steer clear of this utter failure of a shop. They do not posses any ethics whatsoever, and they are clearly very shady and willing to lie to save a few dollars.
