My car was sitting in the lot for 4 days before they got to it. I had a question regarding the price but she Lured me in to bring in the car in the shop and would refuse to give me price over the phone. After fixing the car now I am 100% sure They used the wrong parts or they didn't put the sensor back ,as I need to push the brakes and the clutch to start the car .while previously I only had to press the clutch which is Ford standard!!!! They ruined my car and now I have to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. There is no owner to contact to make a complaint. All I can do is put a bad review and hopefully other people don't get scammed by them.

I reminded him I've been told this by 2 other managers and my car is still in the lot waiting. He said he'll call me. I gave it 2 more weeks( now it's been over a month) I went back to the shop, I was in line to speak with the manager, the man in front of me ask the manager how long it will take to either fix or replace his transmission. The manager said " at best, 1 week" well I spoke up and said" how long, mister, my car has been here for over a month and it's still sitting in the lot waiting" the manager got real mad, and took me outside and banned me from his shop for life, said I can't talk like that in front of his customers. He told me to leave now !! I did, and now it's the following week, I just called, and spoke to the lady at the desk. She said Thomas( the manager) told her to tell me my car will be done this week. Same old story. I do NOT recommend this shop, they don't communicate with their customers, or keep them informed about the repair process. DANGER. STAY AWAY.
