Called about the appointment and how to get the phone ready by turning off find my phone. Drove 30 mins for the appointment and they told me the computer automatically cancelled the appointment and they didn't have the part and could not help. There was no sorry or just no part and goodbye. I'm a repeat customer but there's no excuse for not apologizing or calling in advance of the appointment and saying they needed to cancel bc the part is not in stock. Wasted an hour of my time.

I initially looked up Google to find them in Bixby (by the large Walmart), but I discovered that they're CLOSED for good so I called them up and learned that they only have the 41st and Sheridan store now in Tulsa. So I loaded everything up to make a trip for this journey. I could parked right in front of the store which was nice. The store was very tidy and clean as well. The staff who was working at the time was not only courteous but also very professional. While I was waiting for him, he was helping another customer out about a battery for a vehicle, he was so caring to the customer I thought the customer was a friend of his. With attitude like that, no wonder why Amazon can't put them out of business. Anyway, I got all my UPS units batteries replaced smoothly without any issues. All the batteries even have a year of warranty. It's much better than getting them online. This store is very clean and tidy. I would definitely go back.

Sold me a $1200 boat anchor. Told me the head gaskets needed replaced on the 6.0 Diesel I purchased. I agreed to that because hg are common to go bad. Took to get the head gaskets replaced. 1 completely melted piston, 2 other bad pistons, broken turbo told me the engine ran when pulled. Not a chance. Matt "Massad" the owner sold this to someone who he has done business with for a long time that has spent a lot of money with him. He will not do a refund of the money and take his unusable engine back. He did this to a fellow business owner and long time customer over $1200. How do you think he will treat you? I do NOT recommend buying from MidWestern Salvage. Horrible experience.
