I have a Cub Cadet RTZ-42. I used it about 10 times and one day as finishing up, I couldn't hold a straight line. I saw that the right front wheel was turned out while left wheel was straight when trying to drive straight. I could turn the steering wheel and the wheels would both turn accordingly, but the right was not straight. I googled how to fix it and it was beyond my mechanical ineptitude. Would need it up on a rack or something and a lot of disassembly with a couple special tools that I did't have. Not going to tackle that but thought it would be a simple cheap fix so I took it to Tulsa New Holland which is an authorized dealer/service for Cub Cadet. Note: A guy came out to talk to service guy. While standing there, he kicked that right wheel a few times and said just kick it back in place! Don't think that helped anything. ??? Service desk guy called me and said the linkage arm is (quote from email): "it's the ball joint and gear that controls that side that's bent, it's not the wheel it's self it's all connected to your steering, also the steering arms on both sides are bent and right side is worse and that's why you can't control that wheel." He went on to say I must have ran into something. Nope! The previous owner might have, but it has been steering just fine until now. I explained I don't understand how it could be bent or broke. When I turn the steering wheel, the front wheels both turn so they are still connected. Just the right one is out of alignment. Seems more like something is loose or undone and from the video's I watched, seemed to be common. Just a major pain to align it back up. He said he isn't a service mechanic but that is what the guys told him. It was broke/bent and $770 to fix. WHAT? That is over half of what I paid for the damn thing. He broke down the parts and labor and if this was all true, if I went anywhere else, it would roughly be the same thing. But yeah, I should have went back and picked it up, paid a $109 diagnostic fee and went somewhere else. I did not and that is my big mistake! Again, I got the "gut instinct" vibe but didn't act on it. After 22 days, it was ready to be picked up. He said he even "detailed" it, ha! (It wasn't). I had asked for the old parts and he gave those to me. I asked him what was bent and broke. He held up one of the arms in relation to the place it would go and said this side was "bounded" up and bent. You have to order the whole kit for both sides, you just can't get one side. I said I don't see that this is bent. In fact, none of these parts are bent or broke. Is something missing? Show me what is broke/bent. He said they were all there. He kept saying he is just the service desk guy and that is how the mechs explained it to him. We went back and forth. I kept saying, what is bent and broke? He was obviously getting frustrated with me but it didn't make sense. I asked him is there something on the frame that was broke, and he said no, the arm was bent. BUT THESE OLD PARTS ARE NOT BENT OR BROKE! He went back to this is what the mechs told him. I asked if I could talk to one of the mechs and he said well we would have to put it back on the lift to show you. I said I just want to hear somebody explain and show me on these old parts what exactly was broke/bent because nothing in this box looks broke or bent. He walked off into the shop and I could hear him repeating what I said loudly to someone. I waited for several mins and nobody was coming my way. I finally decided, there is nothing I can really do and just left. They are not going to admit to fixing a non existent problem for $450 in labor and had the mech come out, he could have started making up stuff about the issue. I wouldn't know any different. There was no physical proof of anything bent or broke! What do I know? What I DO know is I will never go back there and not recommend them. I've been suspicious since the first call and email about the problem and I just have a bad feeling about the whole overall experience. Never again. read more

Went into Tulsa New Holland few months back and started buying parts every now and then and Seth and Johnny were awesome parts guys its kinda funny they were slow in the winter time and Johnny was trying to look up a part and before he found it Seth already had it in his hands and beat him to it they are awesome guys some people have bad days and make mistakes idk what these other reviews are about but now Seth is now in the service department I learned about the other day so I called him because I actually had something broke and believe it or not he was able to get me working over the phone TNH is a great dealership to work with I would recommend to anyone haven't been in the store in a few months but I probably won't go no where else for my part needs read more

My dad bought a tractor and other baling equipment from Tulsa New Holland years ago. We still depend on that tractor and equipment to bale hay and to get the work done on the ranch I grew up on.
