My car is front wheel…read moredrive and we told the guy he should put the tire on the back but he put it on the front, so when we went to drive off the car was driving terrible & I can't brake properly and it's 9:23 at night & the closest tire shop is 15min away.... Also left me with the spare flat ... seriously not ok & now I have to drive to the closest tire shop I have to get on the freeway. Seriously not ok... also I called he had not even left 4 minutes ago and they said he couldn't help he was on the way to another call so pretty much left me to fend for myself when they were called by geico to help.. Really just amazing. One in a million type of company. Certified has had multiple opportunities to take advantage of other people's diagnoses. We've had at least 3 different occasions where we proffered explanations from other dealers estimates for repair at 2K+ per repair. One repair was $231, and the next two were free. So good, so fair and so honest. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG with these guys.

I then arranged to pick it up before the weekend and they agreed to leave it on the street by their shop and lock the key into the truck interior. When I went to pick it up it was way out... Had to make calls to chase it down. I don't trust them with estimates, results of the repairs. or just about anything they tell me. The Owners lived in Idaho and they made it very difficult for me to chase them down and report my dissatisfaction. I'll never use them again.
