Located in the city center of Brussels. I was glad to have found this place for stop in for lunch and a cold drink as it was 80 outside on the first day of May. It was dark and air conditioned inside. You scan the QR code on the table and order at the bar along with your drinks. They give you a buzzer and will let you know when your food is ready. I ordered the fish and chips and the wife got the bangers and mashed. It probably took 7-10 minutes for our food to be ready. While waiting, I enjoyed my pint of blond ale. I liked the batter they used for my fish. It was crunchy and slightly on the thicker side. The fish was seasoned well. The chips were also good, but nothing to write home about. I did, however, really like the bangers. It was steamed in beer I believe and had a really good flavor. I love an Irish pub so we stopped in after a day of touristing. They do have some Irish favorites like Magners but only in the bottle so it's a bit of a Irish pub-light. However, the food is good and the beers and ciders they do have are perfectly fine, and of course they have Guinness. The order at the bar system is a little rough here, the service is a little slow and not really due to the bartenders being bad. It just takes a while to order food and multiple drinks, especially coffee drinks and if the line gets bigger than a handful, it can be slow. The staff weren't the friendliest I've ever spoken to but they were efficient and did their jobs so not a complaint. They have wifi which even today is a nice to have for saving on international roaming data if you're traveling from abroad. read more

Pretty standard Irish pub. Really great location for people watching, and plenty of outdoor seating. We stopped in just for a drink and some fries. The beer was beer, literally cannot complain. The fries were just okay. I probably wouldn't order them again. You order at the bar and they'll deliver the food to your table. I love the Irish Breakfasts here. Last year I was in town for a week and didn't miss a day of them! The staff are really friendly and are keenly aware of when your beer looks low. Rarely can you not find a seat, but the second floor that has outside seating viewing the beautiful surrounding area can go fast. I rarely think a place deserves 5-stars, unless they're exceptional. If you want to be in Ireland while staying in Brussels, this is your place. read more

This would get 5 stars for a perfect Irish bar, but we went for a drink around 7pm and it was relaxing and a good vibe and atmosphere. We went back after getting ready and dinner around midnight, and it was a loud DJ party. Needless to say, my husband and I wanted the ambience of an Irish pub. Regardless. While the food is a 4 (can't expect much more from pub food) and the beer was a 3 (considering you're in Brussels and there is great beer everywhere), the 5 star rating is for atmosphere. Ok, so sports bars of pubs playing sport is hard to come by... Soon got up to speed that Irish/English bars were the best port of call which is always slurred disappointingly! As an Irish person in prefer not to be in an plastic paddy bar abroad... But with the Rugby World Cup, a few key matches were 100% important, I went in search of a pub with tv screens to watch... Ok, this place had great TV displays, there was TVs dotted around the bar and a few large projector screens, after getting prime space along the bar I was super excited however, the longer I stayed on... Jesus, the staff irritated the shit out of me, mega rude, zero patience for the tourist/multi-lingual people popping in. Overheard a really bad disagreement between barman and customer, Jesus, rudeness knows no boundaries. They need to seriously address there attitude and overall approaching to the fast moving, quick customer turnover and language challenges to be more patient and customer service focused! read more

Unfortunately I didn't catch his name but his rude behavior was enough for us to connect to the WiFi to write this review. O'Reilly's Irish Pub is a pretty good place to grab a drink. On the pros side, it's located right on Place de la Bourse and very close to the De Brouckère metro. They have a good selection of beers and they have a little patio on the second floor, which is a nice place to have a drink outside. The bar is also nice to look at and the inside is very dimly lit, making it a kind of interesting place. On the downside, the music is Top 40 and loud, and it's in the perfect location to attract a lot of people. There is nothing super special about the place and the atmosphere isn't as friendly and lively as other options in Brussels. But, depending on what you're looking for O'Reilly's might be the perfect place to grab just one Chimay on the terrace. read more

I didn't find anything special about this place, and for an Irish Pub, it had little of a selection of Irish drinks. The service was very slow and the atmosphere was a bit odd. Also, the separation between smokers and non-smokers was pretty much nonexistent, with the smokers being able to enjoy the patio to themselves and the nonsmokers being trapped inside under the low front ceiling where all the 2nd hand smoke piled up and seemed to stay. Wouldn't return... there's too many other places within 50 steps of this one! read more

We stopped in at 15h on a weekday. They had stopped serving food so I can't comment on that, but they had a fine selection of drinks (beers, whiskeys, coffees, etc.) as would be expected for an Irish pub. Our party of four had an Irish coffee, and Italian coffee, and two other liquored coffees. They were tasty and reasonably priced. Sports are available on the TVs, and they offered free wi-fi. It's about what you'd expect for an Irish Pub in Brussels. Solid three stars. read more

Always nice to walk into a bar and feel like you're in Ireland

Not my favorite bar but fun to get a Guinness, if you're in the mood! A bit too touristy for my taste and quite full when there is a game going on or the weather is nice outside (for outside seating, that is). Visited with several travel mates the first night in the city. Bring a sweater or jacket. Doors are left open to attract customers. Everyone was please with there beer selection. Food was solid and plentiful. Great environment for a local pub. If your in the area don't pass up the opportunity to stop in and try a beer. read more

Great pub in front of the Beurs/Bourse. Large and spacious yet with the necessary brown, dark atmosphere you want in your Irish pubs: live sports, Guinness and Kilkenny on draught complemented with good pub food. Excellent vantage point to kick off a pub crawl. read more

Good Irish bar in the middle of Brussels. Plain but decent food - I suppose that sums up Irish food.
