I took my car to get some body damage repaired here…read more I like helping small town places out, although the lady in the front office comes off a little strong at some points. Strong enough that I wanted to look elsewhere. My boyfriend really like them so we ended up getting it fixed there. They did try to help us out and cut out some costs during out estimate, because we were paying cash. Not insurance money. But when everything was all said and done, it ended up being more that the original price. They did tell me they would have my car for 4 days MAX, and ended up keeping it three weeks. Its a good thing i didn't rent a car. I know there's always issues with getting parts on time, etc. But no one ever notified me, or called to tell me they would need it a few more days. I had to call several times to check. They would tell me it would be ready Monday, and when Monday rolled around I would eventually call and check and they would then say something like "Oh no, were going to need it another few days". I would have really appreciated notice in that situation as I cannot drive myself to pick up my car, arrangements had to be made. I also do not have the luxury of being able to leave my job, arrangements had to be made there too. I got my car back and it looks great. I am happy with the work, but not necessarily the customer service. Not sure I would go back..

They have done stiller work every time. 2 times rebuilding the front end of my car and most of it this last time. Always had my car back with in a day of what they forecast it to be done. and it look like new every time. As long as they are in the area they will be the only shop to work on my vehicles. You guy rock thanks?

Truly Exceptional - Treated My Son Like Family…read more My son's car broke down and was towed to Emerald Performance over a holiday weekend with a failed water pump. I live 1,000 miles away, so I couldn't be there -- but this family-run shop went above and beyond. They stayed open late, kept him informed, offered him pizza while he waited, and treated him with honesty and kindness. He's been to other shops before, but never received care like this. The repair was quick, fairly priced, and professionally done. Knowing he was in such good hands meant the world to me as a parent. We're both incredibly grateful. Highly recommend Emerald Performance -- not just for great service, but for genuinely good people!!

Fraudulent, liars, and scam artists in my opinion. They held my son's car (which I co-own) for…read morenearly 4 months after a clutch job they performed failed. Despite being promised it would be covered under warranty, they completely changed the terms without authorization. The first clutch job cost $977. For the warranty repair, they "refunded" $933 for parts but then tacked on over $800 in unauthorized labor charges. They waited 2 months just to diagnose the car as needing a fork replacement--never mentioning a clutch. They waited another month to order the part, then replaced the clutch anyway and billed us. They even wrote a page-long narrative into the invoice to try and cover their tracks, and refused to provide part numbers or let us inspect the replaced parts. Communication was non-existent; they called my son exactly twice in 4 months. I am warning consumers about their invoicing practices, missed deadlines, and hostile behavior. Facts for the owner: 2008 Tiburon. Brought in March 2nd and not returned until June 28th. Before you reply claiming I am not a customer, I have the credit card statements to prove it. The Oregon Department of Justice Business and Consumer Affairs will be in touch.
