Called Oside Painting for an estimate on my home. Frank answered and then came by same day. His quote was fantastic and he seemed more focused on meeting my needs then painting my house!! Frank had stopped by several times after calling to make sure I was fully aware of everything that was about to happen and that my wife and I had no more questions or concerns. 1 week later (this past Tuesday) Javier showed up right on time to power wash my house and do a little prep work. Wednesday morning Frank showed up right on time along with the crew that would be doing the work. Milton was left in charge of my home and he did an absolutely fantastic job. I took off to go surf for 90 minutes and could not believe my eyes when I returned. This crew is no-nonsense and very detail oriented. They transformed a 27 year old white stucco house into a gorgeous 2 tone masterpiece. The detail is absolutely amazing. Milton and one of his men returned on day 3 and spent half the day going over every inch of the home to make sure it was perfect. I highly recommend Frank Lance of O'side Painting. We needed our kitchen cabinets repainted inside and out. I had a few estimates, and Frank came in with the price in the middle. His suggestions were really helpful, and he didn't try to talk me into unnecessary services. In fact, he told me right off the bat that "painting is all about labor - the more you can do yourself, the more money you'll save!" He gave me great ideas about what we could do (such as cleaning and prepping the cabinets beforehand) to save money. Frank and his team showed up promptly, and Frank made sure that I got to know his foreman. Even through Frank didn't do the work himself, he called and visited often to make sure I was happy. On the final day he called to make sure I went down and did a walk through with his painters to make sure they got everything. He told me to be very picky - look at everything, test all of the doors and drawers, etc - to make sure I was very happy before I let them leave. I did just that, and we did find a few minor tweaks that needed to be fixed, but when they did leave I was very happy. The painters were meticulous about taping and putting plastic everywhere to cut down on splatters. Where to start. Frank and his team were fantastic. We called them on a whim when we decided to paint our house prior to selling. We wanted it to hit the market within a week which didn't give them much time at all. They not only took the job but got it done amazingly fast just like they said they would. Frank was open and honest. In fact, he told us we could get away with a much smaller paint job than we had thought but we ultimately decided to give the house the works anyway and we're glad we did. The fresh paint throughout, we know, helped to pull top dollar on our house! Frank and his team even noticed a water leak and called me promptly so I could get it taken care of. O-Side Painting just painted most of the interior of our home. They really came through for us! We did not give them a lot of notice between requesting an estimate and the deadline that we asked them to finish the job by, but they worked with us and made it happen! Plus, in the middle of our job, the person who we thought was going to refinish our stair railing fell through so Frank came to the rescue and pulled extra guys at the last second to take care of that extra work for us as well! My husband and I are very happy with the finished work, the price, and the professionalism of O-Side Painting. They painted the exterior of our home and it looks like a new home. Our lead, Marlone was easy to work with, respectful and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction - he even went over and above when we had a little issue with our front door pulling up the rubber on the sweep, he replaced it, no questions asked. Frank and his team do amazing work! They truly go above and beyond!! I was in a time crunch to have my nursery painted from the ceiling to the baseboards, as baby decided to come a little early. Without hesitation Frank made it to me for a speedy quote and follow through that very next day which was Sat. (as my M-F work schedule was packed). He was even able to hit some funky patchwork on my hallway ceiling and leave some paint for me. His prices are great and the work is perfect. Great experience! O-Side Painting was quick to inspect our building to provide a quote, and the quote was very reasonable. Frank also carefully pointed out wood damage that should be repaired before painting. He recommended someone that could do repairs to the wood, and that person was also fast and affordable.
