We had our yellow walls repainted to a two-tone white -- a bright white for the ceilings and a warmer white for the walls -- and it turned out just the way we wanted. He also removed old wallpaper and repainted our older doors and window shutters, which really helped freshen up the space. Don't even bother calling anyone else . Benito genuinely loves his work and it shows . I had him paint my rental house . It was a disaster before he got there . I was really afraid flat paint was going to be too flat and he calmed me down by bringing over a sample can of Velvet by Sherwin Williams and painting part of a wall to let me see how it'd look. . It was perfect ! So we decided on Velvet for the ceiling and walls , and gloss on the trim . I stayed with all one color , Swiss Coffee and used 2 sheens, velvet and gloss . Everyday he'd say do you want to see the process so far before he left for the day . He's amazing ! Carpets had to be ripped out because the tenant destroyed them and the walls and drawers and shelving had decades of glue that had to be sanded . Benito made my 60 year old house look fresh and clean and livable again ! I couldn't find one drip or sloppy work done . It took him a week and it shows the effort that was done . His crew even repaired my fireplace screen and paint my other one and it looks gorgeous !!! And turned my upside down bathroom light , right side up . My kitchen actually looks cute now since I added modern black handles to the drawers . Wouldn't hesitate to call Benito again. They started on time, finished on time, cleaned up at the end of every day, asked permission to store their trailer overnight, and were careful around our landscaping and on our roof. Communication couldn't have been better - Benito explained the crew's plans in detail as the job progressed, was on site at least part of every day, and was immediately available by text or phone when he wasn't here. All of the workers were friendly, respectful, and skilled but Marco in particular was exceptional at neatly painting the narrow edges of the window trim where they abutted the stucco. We had a four-color palette and they painted every area the correct color. These guys showed a lot of pride in their work and our house looks great! They weren't low-bid, but we chose them because Benito explained well how a couple of tricky issues would be handled. So when I needed some help painting the inside of my house in November, I decided to give them a call. The BL stands for Benito Lopez as he is the owner of this home based business. When I called the first time there was no answer, only a generic message recording so I didn't leave a message. I called back the next day and Benito answered. He came over that same day to give me an estimate which he also sent to me in writing a day later. He was very professional and friendly, I felt comfortable with him immediately so I hired him to paint my high ceiling living room and the staircase.
