This is one of my best decisions! Owner Matt gave our roof new life. I'm embarrassed to say that I didn't realize how filthy our roof had become. We live in a tree-dense area, and most of the roofs in the neighborhood have seen better days. Matt dropped by to give a quote, had a number within 10 minutes, and we scheduled an appointment for a few days out. Quick & efficient. The actual roof cleaning went just as smoothly too. Matt arrived 10 minutes early, worked diligently for a few hours, and was done before the afternoon. Very disappointed with my experience! The guy that came to clean windows was 20 minutes late ! he set inside his car talking.. I came outside to see if things okay! He said he was the cleaner guy (no name) very uncaring.. he only wiped my screens and did not clean windowsills!! ,, I normally try to help small businesses! We scheduled a window cleaning with Matthias, whom we have previously done business with, as well as his father, John. As always, the service was efficient and our glass is spotless once again. Rich arrived in a timely manner and is personable and professional. Since we have cats that are skittish, we asked Rich to start in the second floor and have one room done so we could return the cats there and he could finish. No problem and Rich proceeded to clean the windows. Not only are the windows and screens spotless but so are all the window and screen tracks. A HUGE plus with Clear Choice vs other window cleaning companies is they wash the screens and not just dust them with a brush. So when the windows are done the entire area is spotless in every way. With much disappointment in writing this review. My mother in law and my wife have used this company for many years and have referred this company to many friends. Well that stops today. We hired Matt the clean our newly remodeled duplex in Oceanside. 10 very dirty windows from previous tenants and 2 months of construction work. So when we needed them cleaned my wife said I will call Matt. I asked my wife did you explain to him the are very dirty and I'm a little worried he is coming to clean them 1 day before new tenants move. She assured me they would be done correctly. Well Matt was there on time and he cleaned the windows alright. JUST the windows ( glass ) and screens. Not even the screen frames. Yeah just leave all the other dirt there inside window frame and outside frame no big deal. We remodeled the whole duplex but we cant afford to get the windows clean... right.. So I texted Matt to call me. He wouldn't call me just text me. I told him when could he come back and sent him pictures of the unfinished / poor work he did so he could finish properly. He replied you need to discuss your concerns with your wife I dont know you and I did what I was asked to do. Funny when I asked my wife before Matt came out does he know how dirty they are and she said yes. He even told me to get a wet rag and wipe out the dirt I showed him in a picture. He cleaned just the screens not the frames. I mean who does that. 2 hours works 125.00 to basically spray the glass and wipe it off. I could do that. We live in a two story house. Last year, Matt came and cleaned all of our upstairs windows (just over 20). He did a great job and his price was very reasonable. When we contacted him again to clean our windows this year, he said that he will no longer come to someone's home and clean "cherry-picked" windows. It's either all of your windows, or none at all. Found these guys on Thumbtack and they delivered a great value at a phenomenal price. Bob did a fantastic job power washing our house and washing the windows inside and out. He removed some horrendous black moldy streaks from the roof edge above our garage, without taking the paint off with them. He was really quick and professional, and a real nice guy that was incredibly friendly. You can actually see out the windows now too.
