Fearing a lengthy delay, and at age 81 not eager to have to change a tire on the side of an interstate highway, we were led to Fausett's with the help of an online search. A kind lady in the office quickly addressed our situation and concern, then directed an attendant to diagnose the issue (imbedded nail). We were on our way in 15 minutes with a professionally repaired tire for a reasonable price. Salt of the earth, caring people who were eager to help. I would highly recommend their shop, service and caring nature.
