However, I should've done more research. Here's my experience: 1. The piercing was completely wrong. I went in for a nostril piercing, but it was placed way too high. It bled, and I had a headache for a week straight. Anytime the sun hit me or I smelled something with even the slightest aroma, I would get a piercing headache. I brushed it off, thinking it was just my anxiety making me overthink. Eventually, I went in for my check-up, and I was told everything was healing perfectly and that I had no bumps at all. A day later, I accidentally yanked out my jewelry, tried to put it back in, but it was painful and kept bleeding, so I panicked and rushed back to the shop. I was told it couldn't go back in because there was a bump on the inside, and I would have to come back to get it pierced again. I do NOT blame the shop for my clumsiness with the piercing falling out, HOWEVER, my friend also got a nostril piercing, and hers keeps falling out as well. Perhaps it's the jewelry they use, and if so, they need to address that issue. 2. One of the piercers was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. Maybe I'm too sensitive, but I went in wearing makeup since it was a spontaneous decision. The piercer made a comment along the lines of, "I remember when I used to wear this much makeup." I also had a companion with me because I was nervous about my first piercing, and the piercer blocked them from seeing me with her body. Additionally, Confessions sold me a product (H2Ocean) that caused both me and my friend to develop piercing bumps. I wasn't aware that I was paying for it until my $50 piercing turned into over $60. On top of that, the aftercare instructions they emailed me contradicted what they told me in person. I was told to use Dial soap in person, but the care sheet specifically said not to, among other inconsistencies I can't fully recall. In the end, I decided I would never return to this place. I had to go to another piercing shop, where I was told Confessions' placement was incorrect, and that they frequently get clients with messed-up piercings from there. My new nostril piercing is much lower, DID NOT hurt at all, and didn't bleed. The staff at the new shop was also much friendlier and professional. I'll provide pictures of the piercing done by Confessions (left side) and the piercing that was redone on my right side at a new shop. The photo where I have white dots on my face is the one done by Confessions. The placement is noticeably higher compared to the new one, which is lower. I'm just glad I didn't end up with a scar from their incompetence. Do not go here

The artist acted like a petulant child. And I spent over $700 to fix his "creative expression". Moreover, my home serves as a guest house for fellow motorcycle enthusiasts and musicians from other states. My most recent house guests decided they wanted to ger tattooed while they were vacationing here and I told them to go anywhere but fallen heroes. This shop has no integrity.

I just got a second earlobe piercing after not having gotten anything since I was four. But the cherry on top is how helpful and understanding they were after we all collectively discovered that I am a fainter. They didn't rush me at all and brought me water and ice packs while I recovered. And compared to the bump on my head and inexplicable pain in my arms, I can't even feel the piercings! While my body has made the experience unpleasant enough to not really want any more piercings or tattoos, the staff was still amazing through the whole process!

Because I wanted a specific artist based off my friends work they were Super accommodating and set it up with no issues. When you first walk in the studio is clean and a nice open concept. Everyone is friendly and makes the check in process and easy. The background music is trendy and sets a fun mood. My artist was Shannon and she showed me what she came up with and once we confirmed she took some time to set up and sprung into action. She offered me water and bathroom breaks as needed. Overall I loved my experience and 100% will be back for more work done. I'm in love with my tattoo and love the experience they provided for me. Also my tattoo was $250 which is extremely reasonable!
