At first, we thought this place was cool for my son, but after a while, everything just went downhill. Some of them infant teachers? Straight up unprofessional. I even overheard one talkin' nasty about a baby's private parts and makin' slick comments about how "nappy" the Black kids' hair is. That's beyond disrespectful. The whole place just loud and messy -- real chaotic. We ain't never seen the actual director. I think her name Amber or Ember, but she don't ever show her face. Only folks we ever seen was the assistant, Nick, and the assistant director, who always loud and runnin' around in a cape like it's a joke. Not a member but stoped by to check out the place and found out they hosted birthdays. Ended up hosting my little ones birthday there and the kids absolutely loved it! The price is absolutely great for 12 children, only negative it's a bit rushed at least it felt like the lovely individual assigned to our party was rushing us in the birthday room. The first 30 minutes we spent in the play village only our party was there, we then moved to our chosen activity (little artist) and did some fun painting. Then we moved to the birthday room to sing and eat. You are only allotted 30 minutes per section. After the 30 minutes are up in the party room your guests are welcome to Stay inside the venue as long as the host family is still onsite. My kids absolutely loved it and had a blast so Much so they asked to go back! Highly recommend everyone was super friendly and helpful. we moved to FL in October and put my daughter into this daycare. Everything has been fine, minus one thing. My daughter was enrolled in ballet and she came home one day with a certificate stating she had her graduation ballet class for all parents to attend and I didn't receive any information on this, therefore we missed it. My husband talked to them and as though it was extremely disappointing I understand things happen. Today while picking her up we were informed she had her graduation tap class, and again no one told us. Once is a mistake but 2? Now both me and my husband both missed two big days for our daughter. We chose this daycare to due to the great extracurricular activities but didn't realize we would be so excluded from everything. I never had this issue with her former daycares. Bad place to take your kids. We thought it might be a good daycare with all the activities and some of the teachers seemed nice. The management here is probably the worst I've seen. Lack of communication about child injuries and generally everything else. Teachers would tell us one thing and the "supervisor" would tell us another. Meaning they didn't even bother trying to give us accurate information about our child. They would hand you a paper and tell you to sign it. If you tried to ask for more info they just shrug their shoulders and say "I don't know must have been on the other shift." Supervisor wouldn't know anything either. She would say she would look into it but never get back to you unless you chased her down. They will also jack up prices unexpectedly. In small increments but eventually we ended up paying $60 more a week for no reason given other than "prices are going up." This daycare would be a great place for a kid if it weren't run by incompetent people who look at children as a paycheck. read more

We are a military family, and moved 6 months a go to the area. We were looking for a place for our 3 year old daughter where she could make friends and have some fun! Thank goodness I found this place! We went to take a look and our daughter didn't wanted to leave!! She has been there taking classes to include gymnastics, ballet, sports or sometimes just having fun at the playground! Everybody is so amazing and caring! Great place for kids to have their bday party. They go into different rooms where they have different activities. Face painting, gymnastics, dancing, food play room, and rock climbing . Not very expensive. My niece loved it. I will definitely recommend this place for other families to have their parties. read more

Great place to bring kids, plenty to do, you can easily spend a couple hours there and it's well worth the price

I've passed this place a few times but because we don't have children at home we never had a reason to check it out. Fast forward we celebrated our grandson 2nd birthday there. What a neat seat up with only a million things for kids to do and what really blew me always was the cardio machines that parents can use while their kids are having gymnastic lessons. I came here because my daughter was invited to a birthday party. This place is like a kids activity dream! They have a gymnastics/tumbling area, a dance room, a rock wall, and outdoor playground. The hosts of the party were pretty well organized with taking the kids around to the different activities. They offered face painting and each kid got to paint a canvas however they wanted. Adults were allowed to stay with their kids during the party too, which was nice. One of my complaints is that they didn't seem to have the right kind of brushes to allow the kids to paint with bigger strokes. They did eventually bring out some better brushes once I asked but I feel like if this is a "thing" they do then they should have known better. The only other thing that really bothered me was that they helped to cut the Birthday cake but they practically butchered the round cake that the Birthday parents brought. They cut into it as if it were a rectangular cake and then served huge slices to small 4 and 5 year olds. Overall we had fun at the birthday party and their party packages have a variety of options to choose from. We would definitely go back to this place if we get invited again. *on a side note, this place is more than just kids parties. This review is solely on their bus system. I considered O2B but had serious concerns when while driving from grocery shopping saw the O2B Kids bus with all of the adults standing while the bus was going 60mph, one of those was standing not in the hallway of the bus but on the stairs. When the bus was stopped one of the staff was swinging on the chairs. Great job teaching children how not to act on a moving or idle school bus. I also then watched the bus driver, who was in her low 20's as far as age, texting. That phone should be in a backpack somewhere completely out of reach. Focus should be on the road with the children you have responsibility for keeping safe. As a parent, I would want to know this before signing my child up for any program that included transportation by O2B so that's why I am posting. O2B, please remind your staff they are role models at all times and please send your drivers back to training. read more

The staff at O2B has become part of our family. We have had children enrolled here for the last 6 years and would never think of going anywhere else. We now have two school aged children and one in preschool. The convenience of one location that encompasses the three of them is amazing! Having two working parents can prevent after school activities. At O2B though, we have been able to do Karate, Dance, Art Classes, and Gymnastics! They have Parent Night Out and Saturday drop off too... I mean where else can you get that? We O2B kids! read more

If you want a bunch of inexperienced teenagers to take care of your children this is the place for you. If they had the right staff it would be a wonderful place for children. Unfortunately that is not the case, the children run the place. I have seen kids hit, throw things at each and the ceiling, bully other kids, and so much more while the staff just sit there and roll their eyes. There was a poor little girl who told me no one would help her go to the bathroom. It is such a shame this amazing facility can not be put to proper and good use. The gymnastics teacher and drama teacher are the only ones who I have seen actually put an effort into what they are teaching. They put a lot of effort into the events they throw to rope you in (worked for us) but they put no effort in otherwise. read more
