She's sweet, informative and has a calm and silly disposition that you can tell the kids pick up on, and vibe with, her energy big time. You know somethings being done right when you ask your kid who their best friend at school is and his response is 'Ms. Tammy'. Mariela and Jackie always have the best stories to tell me when I go to pick her up. You don't pay to have your kid sit in front of a tv all day. They teach valuable life skills and everything is self paced for your child. I recommend this place to everyone looking for childcare. When you walk in, they know yours and your child's name, without hesitation and genuinely care about your family. The building is safe, clean and nicely taken care of. The intricate workmanship from the church's interior, to the exterior, to the ceiling, to the windows, the mausoleum, and to the fixtures, are so epic. Tracy, the director is awesome she gave me so much confidence Jackson would adjust well. The facility is new and beautiful. The specific playgrounds for each age group are full of awesome age appropriate outdoor fun! Ms.Gena and Ms.Emily are incredible. They make drop offs on morning that Jackson is in a bit of a mood easy. They care so much and always remember to tell me how he did during the day (if he napped, how he ate, etc). Jackson was not feeling well one day and I came to pick him up early. They had him cuddled up in his blanket comforting him. I cannot imagine a more wonderful place for Jackson to spend his time while I am working! Did I mention how much his vocabulary has improved and how he is eating more foods since starting! My son attended Turtle Tots from the time he was 3 months old until he was 3 years old. Shortly…read moreafter his 3rd birthday I discovered that the daycare had made well over $7,000 in unauthorized charges to my credit card that the daycare had on file. The daycare admitted the charges were unauthorized. However, when I asked the owner to refund the money they initially told me that they did not have the funds available to refund me for the unauthorized charges and they asked if I would accept credits for future services until the amounts were repaid. I rejected that offer & requested immediate reimbursement. After several weeks of calls & emails seeking reimbursement, the daycare finally reimbursed me for over $7k of the unauthorized charges. I (like most parents) want to make sure that my children are at a daycare I know I can trust and where my kids are safe. After this incident I personally no longer felt like I could trust Turtle Tots so I chose to withdraw my children. I will note that we loved my son's teacher - Ms. Jeanette. She was great and our son adored her but given the circumstances we felt that we had no choice to pull our children from turtle tots. I do not think the teachers had anything to do with the unauthorized charges but again, given the circumstances I did not feel comfortable leaving my children there.

It is such a positive and nurturing environment. My daughter genuinely looks forward to going to school each day. The staff are very intentional and it is clear that they put their heart into each and every activity that happens day to day. I also love that they keep family's involved and in the loop. She comes home each day raving about her teachers and friends shes made and the things that she's learned. I'm so grateful for O2B for the opportunity to watch my child gain confidence and grow in education while having fun at the same time. We're excited for the next year. Cannot recommend O2B more!
