Rain River is the best daycare! I recommend Rain River to anyone and everyone looking for a good, reliable, happy daycare. Started my child here at 3 months and ever since day one they have been nothing but amazing! The commutation is fantastic, the owner has always been very quick with answering any question for me and working with me when we changed days a few times. Rain River offers the absolute best care hands down!! We have been to a few daycares over the years, and the staff here exceeds every expectation I have ever thought of! i was skeptical of the location, but so thankful that they are open for tours so we were able to see the facilities and meet the staff. We have a one year old and five year old. No turnover! Our last daycare had 11 teachers in a one year span for our one year old. We get updates all day of our kiddos that is inclusive of potty times, what they ate, pictures and videos of activities, and messages as needed. The VPK program has been great! The teachers are patient with my wild boy and the Director is amazing! She has worked with me needing wrap care and flexible when things have come up. The communication is great and I'm so happy to have my son there. read more

There are places that seem really good and those that are really good. Rain River seemed really good to us but when we needed to implement steps to address some behavioral issues with our child Rain River failed miserably. They did not take the steps they promised and eventually took the cowardly action of removing our child from their program with no advance notice. We regret ever enrolling our child at Rain River and would not recommend them to anyone. read more
