We were relocating my elderly mother from Honolulu to the Bay Area, on very short notice. We had less than 10 calendar days to empty out the apartment she had been living in for 20 years, pack up all her belongings and fly her out! Ann was very quick to respond and had availability when we needed them. They also gave us the best price on helping us trash her old, heavy furniture and random odds n' ends items. Ann called a couple days prior to reconfirm our general window appointment time and as promised, Chris gave us a call when they were starting to head to our location. The guys worked together with my husband and all the trash was emptied out very quickly! We were really impressed with their hard, fast work! We ran into a bit of an issue, but Ann was very understanding when I called about it and went above and beyond to make things right. Kaleo (the owner) was able to fix everything and even made a generous gesture to make sure we were happy customers. The manager and owner really care about the quality of their work, going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service, and to conduct themselves with integrity and care. I didn't even need to make recommendations on how they can improve moving forward, because Ann already identified how they were going to resolve the issue with their staff. In this day and age of high speed computers, smart phones and a general lack of real human connection in the world -- I was really impressed with Ann and Kaleo's thoughtful consideration and willingness to make sure we were well-taken care of (even though they knew they wouldn't see us again because we live on the mainland). Start to finish these guys were professionals through and through. They responded to my quote estimate pictures in less than 30 minutes with a range of estimated cost. The day of they called to ask if an earlier time would be convenient, I had things come up so I stuck to my scheduled time. They showed up early and were ready to go. What I thought would take an hour took James and Freddy all but 15 mins to muscle everything in the truck.
