Blake and his assistant carefully moving the furniture
    Walter U.

This is the first time we have used Oahu Movers (Blake and a woman) and we will definitely be using them in the future! We had a total of three mattresses, pads, and heavy bedframes (all queen and king size) plus a large, heavy wooden table to shuffle around between two houses. I called Blake on moving day to touch base and confirm everything. When they got to the house, I'll admit I was a little shocked to see just a man and woman team! I was also expecting them to have some kind of moving truck; turned out they had a pickup truck. I was a skeptical on how this would affect timing, flow, etc. I kept a close eye on them since there are many large windows and tight corners. I was extremely impressed with how conscious they were! Not only did they follow my directions very well, but they also never once questioned me. The whole process flowed smoothly. They weren't expecting it to take so long; in fact, they were late for their second job which I feel bad about. He mentioned that if had he known how heavy everything was and how long it would take, he would have quoted us more. However, he honored the quote they had given us, which is respectable. I definitely recommend them!

    Strategically packed to the gills!

That one was $2300. 2nd time , he was supposed to be there by 8:30am never showed up till 12:30 and the boys didn't come till 1:30. That should have been our first clue. Now we are only going from Palolo to KAIMUKI and it cost us double the price! Also he's got this gimmick now. Like UPS AND FED EX TRUCKS all come up to my house, kawika decided to park on Palolo Ave and block it. Here's the gimmick....he parks the big truck down the road brings a little van to my house loads that then goes to the big truck to download. We got from point A to B-4 times costing us an extra 2 hours. Half an hour to unload each time. We also had our own flat bed truck to help. Kawika's big van parked on Palolo ave died out while he we sitting in it the whole time telling us the hazard lights killed the battery. Full of lies!!. His own vehicles couldn't jump start it so obviously we had to with our flat bed ( dodge 5500 with lift) and our own jumper cables. Another hour wasted but charged for. After they did the 1 drop it was 10:00pm or so. Blaming us for the time and nasty neighborhood. If he had showed up on time, we would have beat the Pau Hana Traffic. That's why we scheduled the early. He was supposed to finish the job on July 4th and never showed up. He sent Us a text at 11:27 pm on July 3rd that he can't come till 9:30-10. He NEVER showed, Needless to say We had to scramble to find new movers. He charged us 3 hours over because of his antics not ours. He over charged us by $967.00. I would get very specific plans from him BEFORE YOU TAKE THE RISK. Please consider someone else unless you don't care!! The second day was going to cost us the same as the first day!! 2x's the charges!! Guys like him give ALL KAWIKA's A bad name! I cannot express to you how shady LUCKY MOVERS ARE!! Please consider someone else!! Don't TRUST HIM!!!

I needed a full-service move: packing, moving furniture, handling arcade cabinets/TVs, and the disassembly/assembly of three desks. They recommended a 3-man crew, and while I knew the 2-hour base rate was optimistic, I didn't expect the experience to go downhill so fast. The Pros: * They were flexible with timing. * They quickly disassembled and assembled my desk. * They were willing to work past their standard service hours, staying until 9:30 PM to finish the job. The Cons: * Extreme Disrespect: Despite specifically hiring and paying for packing services, we overheard the crew complaining about having to pack. Even worse, they were caught calling me "incompetent" and saying I didn't know what I was doing while I was in my own home. We addressed it on the spot, but the atmosphere was incredibly hostile and soured the entire day. * Poor Workmanship: We had already pre-packed many of our own boxes, but the items they handled were treated with zero care. * Major Damages: The total cost of the move was $1,195 for 5+ hours of work. However, the day after the move, I discovered over $2,000 worth of items, some irreplaceable, were damaged due to their poor packing. While I appreciate that they stayed late until 9:30 PM to get the furniture moved, the verbal abuse and the destruction of my property made the "cheap" rate a total illusion. Bottom Line: My lesson was learned--don't go cheap. Between the insults and the $2k+ in damages, this was a bad experience. Do not use for FULL SERVICE.

Our home has 44 steps leading up to the front door, which meant every single item had to be carried up those stairs. Sam, Kalele, Pavel, Elliot, and Savion handled it like absolute pros. They spent the entire day climbing those steps over and over again while carrying everything from couches and shelving units to heavy furniture and solid bed frames. They even hauled up a large freezer (still full of food) along with 1,500+ vinyl records, which anyone who collects records knows are incredibly heavy. Despite the workload, they stayed organized, careful, and professional the entire time. Nothing felt rushed, and they treated our belongings with real care. What impressed us just as much as their work ethic was their attitude. Every single person on the crew was phenomenal: friendly, polite, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire move. The quality of the team also says a lot about the company itself. I didn't get a chance to meet the owner, Keith, but if this crew is any indication of the standard he runs his company by, it's a very high one. It's rare to come across a team that works this hard while still maintaining such a positive and professional attitude. Moving is stressful, but these guys made the process smooth and even enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Endless Summer Movers to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking, and genuinely great moving crew. Are they worth the money? Oh, absolutely!

Not only did they provide the lowest price point but they also made me feel truly cared for. My initial call was with Paige. She was lovely, upbeat and helpful. My next few calls were with Jordan who seemingly was available 24/7. He never missed a call and helped me navigate a tricky move. He was transparent and realistic about what expectations my family and I should have. He went above and beyond to take care of my family as if they were his own relatives. On moving day, Ty and Brandon were unbelievably efficient, hardworking, thorough and kind. My grandma doesn't speak much English but the language barrier proved no problem in the face of Ty and Brandon's kindness. Ty and Brandon were undoubtedly impressive. Professional from start to finish. Crazy strong and fast. They were efficient yet careful. No damage to any of our belongings. Ty and Brandon worked quickly in order to help my family save costs--even doing extra things to help like move a whole fridge to make my life easier. What was estimated to take 3.5-5 hours took the pair of them 2.5 hours. This is with one tall flight of stairs at the old apartment and FOUR flights of winding stairs at the new. Unreal. My family has moved twice before but no other moving company left anywhere near the same positive impression as YouMoveMe. Tyron and Brandon left quite the impression on my family--so much so that they know who they want to call for their next move. YouMoveMe humanizes the moving experience and actually makes it enjoyable. They offer the best prices and best service. They don't charge for the walkthrough like many other companies, and charge by 15-min increments after the first hour. Please be sure to tip your movers. They work hard and their jobs are not easy--though Ty and Brandon make it seem like it. Highly recommend YouMoveMe! The most professional moving company yet.

My moving team Jordan, James and Jakob (I nicknamed them the triple threat ) were absolutely fabulous. The professionalism and care they showed handling my larger furniture and antique furniture was impressive. All blanketed and shrink wrapped for transport. They were incredibly organized. All my possessions arrived in perfect condition. The new home wasn't an easy unload because they had to go down 17 steps to the new house. Upon paying & doing the paperwork for the delivery of the refrigerator, I told Kayli - the Home Depot clerk that there was 45 stairs inorder to get the refrigerator up to the house. On the bright side of having 45 stairs, there were also 3 landings should the movers get tired and need a break while carrying up the refrigerator. To speed up the delivery of the new refrigerator, I decided to remove the old refrigerator from our house before the movers showed up, that way the refrigerator space would be cleared, and the old refrigerator could be picked up quickly, and removed. I found out that removing the old refrigerator from my house a wee bit tricky, as I had to remove both the freezer, & refrigerator doors in order to get the refrigerator out of the doorway of our house. When the movers showed up with my new refrigerator, I told the movers that they will probably need to take off both the freezer & refrigerator doors in order to get the new refrigerator into the house. I found both "Bruddah's" who came to my house to be very courteous & accommodating. Da Bruddah's easily carried up the new refrigerator on a mover's dolly & got the refrigerator up to the house with ease. The movers also had power tools, so they were able to quickly remove both the refrigerator doors to get the new refrigerator into the house. Upon finishing up the job, they took a pic, & had me electronically sign the paperwork. Much MAHALO, Island Movers! I am so happy that Home Depot outsources a truly professional moving company to do all their appliance deliveries & removals.
