I haven't been since they rebranded but i never felt fully comfortable here. I thought it had just been my anxiety but i've had others say the same thing. you aren't really greeted when you come in and no one really talks to you unless you talk first but it wasn't the biggest deal. i've also never had a single artist reply to my texts about my design but once i come in they're all over it so i know they actually read them and pay attention to what you're saying. I can't speak on the piercings etc. but i honestly wouldn't trust their jewelry seeing as most are only $10 but that's just me. With all of that being said I do really like this place. Once i'm settled in it's cool and everyone is really nice just quiet. I've gotten 3 tattoos and all my facial jewelry changed here and have never been disappointed. read more

Me and my wife got done a couple tattoo and 2 individuals tattoos. We are from Houston, found this place during our vacation in Kankakee. Compare to Houston, the prices are so reasonable here. This guy Dave did a pretty good job. He did all tattoos exactly the way we wanted. Hope to go there again on our next visit. read more

My kid got a piercing there. It's crooked! Now she has to let it heal, and go somewhere else to get it redone.

The owner is nice and polite but does not know how to run a business. I made an appointment 2 months ago for a 7 hour session and showed up 15 mins early. Dave accepted a walk-in and I sat for an hour. Horrid I txt him a few times with pics and ideas and never heard back a few days after I made appointment. I talked to him on phone and he said he would read my txt. Nothing. Imo don't come here at all. Joey is the only decent artist that I've seen there. No offense to the others, but I haven't seen any work. read more
