I thought I'd be fine with the lifetime warranty on their sofas. It turns out that there is a lifetime warranty on parts but you still pay for the service. The service charge is equal to the delivery charge which if me is like $250 being in Massachusetts. The store was happy to take my money during the sale but now they won't service me. I asked for some consideration from them and they gave me none. The more local lazboy dealer won't service me since they didn't sell the sofa. I'm stuck with an expensive piece of furniture that's not living up to expectations. Never again.

Her son told her that the price had been scratched out so she knew which cabinet it was. I didn't even know she had a website. So her telling me I was getting one over on her is really stupid. Then she writes in her rebuttal how confused she was. She was not confused. That unit was priced in her store for $300. We offered her $200. She said she wanted to talk to her son which she did do, and I spoke to my husband to make sure he was still agreeable. She called me back and agreed to the price. I gave her the name of the unit and it's dementions. Now she's playing stupid saying she thought it was the gray one. I told her it was not a gray one and confirmed everything before I Venmod her and scheduled a pick up date. Her husband threatened me scaring the crap out of me he got right in my face and his big fat belly touched me. I told the police and they did nothing. They said it was. civil matter but then turned around and threatened to arrest me because I wanted the cabinet we paid for. telling me it wasn't mine. How was it not mine. I paid in full and made arrangements to pick it up. I sent her photos of the label and the dementions that we had taken the night before telling her as we were leaving that if it fit we'd be back the next day. So we paid for it and the police threatened me telling me to take the refund or loose the money entirely. So much for not being there for the civil part. So I left because they told me I had to. She sends me a refund and in her statement on Google she said I refused it. That never happened. And she charged me a fee for whatever. I sent her $200 she refunded me $196.50. That company did a shady thing. She told the police that I could come back anytime. Well she blocked me on Facebook. I think that's because she got an offer for that cabinet after I paid her from Facebook. where she had it for $700. I hope that the people who read this bought that cabinet for $700 and realize they got ripped off. Out of the blue she just remembered that she posted that cabinet back in March ? can't remember what she said but it was definitely along time ago. She can remember that but is confused about her in store items. And she keeps saying someone scribbled out the price. the price was $400 they scratched it out and changed it to $300. and now they are blaming their customers of trying to put one over on them. I have the whole recording of what she claims is me abusing her. We were both a little louder then we should have been. But her husband came out and physically threatened me. All on video. So Maria keep lying to make yourself look good and maybe I'll post the video and let the people decide. Your statement is so full of lies. you need to do the tight things, tell the truth. Her interest level in working with us was marginal at best. Yet a couple came in she said she had a 4:00pm appointment with and we were an after thought. She was kissing their behinds looking to win their sale; apparently she thought their money was better than ours. At the end of the day we ordered a custom, leather recliner and they left without a decision to be made. Can't judge a book by its cover. All in all the quality of the furniture in here is superior to the other big box shops such as Bobs, Bernie & Phil's or Jordan's. Also feel that since it is a smaller company you have less red tape to deal with if you need to make a claim on it using an extended warranty. I hope to not find out.

He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, didn't push anything on us, and gave us the perfect balance between space to browse and attention for information. He was fast, efficient, and accurate in everything he did, and so pleasant and friendly the whole time! My boyfriend and I were so pleased with what we saw at the store and our experience, that we decided to get a dining room table and chairs set as well as the couch which we ended up loving. Thom got us all set up with our pieces to be delivered and assembled at our apartment in Stoneham, and he was very thorough with telling us the whole process. We could easily tell that he wasn't trying to pull the wool over our eyes or trick us into doing or buying anything we didn't want. I will update this review when our furniture is delivered and share how that goes.
