Yesterday was my fourth visit at Silent Moment and it is safe to say this is my favorite massage spot! I have had 3 massages, a pedicure, and a foot and leg treatment and would love to try some other services in the future. Every therapist I've had has been wonderful but Etienne is the star of the show. Never have I EVER had a massage that great and that personable. He started the session by talking about my concerns and letting me know he has somewhat of a holistic approach. He told me he would listen and talk to what my body needs and HE SURE DID. I was stretched and cracked in places I never knew could be cracked. We started and finished the service with gratitude for the space and taking time for myself and my body (kinda a yogi vibe but not too much!). He was so kind, caring, and attentive. I wish I could see him every single day for his skills but also his kindness! If you call to book or edit a reservation, it will be their call center since they are a chain of sorts but don't let that stray you away. Every representative I have spoken to over the phone has been incredibly attentive and kind. Bonus points, they take FSA/HSA! I'll have to set extra money aside the next time I do my enrollment so I can visit more frequently! read more

This spa is a gem and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. My first time visiting, I chose a massage and facial package. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and intuitively attentive. I got a massage from Denise and she was absolutely wonderful beyond words. I communicated my sensitive/concern areas and she incorporated different massage techniques and energy work into my treatment. I got a facial from Ashley and she was so sweet and knowledgeable. She did a personalized skin consultation as she talked me through the steps and I had an amazing experience with her too. This spa is amazing, a very special retreat! I had an AMAZING brightening facial done by Ashley and let me tell you, IT WAS EVERYTHING!!! First the ambiance was set for a relaxing experience as soon as I walked in. I was greeted with excitement and readiness which made me feel extremely welcomed. When i walked in and laid on that pre warmed bed to begin my service I immediately had no choice but to relax. Ashley was so gentle while being effective. she took her time but also answered all of my skin care questions. I love that the products she used are plant based as I have sensitive skin. My favorite part, THE WARM MASK!!! I've always had the mask put on cold but her's was so warm and delightful!! Im most ASSUREDLY COMING BACK!!! 10/10 Recommend!!! read more

I booked a last minute Aromatherapy massage for my birthday. I absolutely love the decor, I felt like I traveled out of the country for an hour or so. There was a warm reception at check-in. I chose my scented oils. Then, I was seated in the Waiting Lounge, the chairs are so comfy! I liked my cozy room Again, I love the boho theme. My therapist Crystal communicated regarding pressure throughout, which I appreciate and would recommend her. She did some tricks I've never had done prior, and I get massages frequently. Overall, I highly recommend, and they're women owned! Oh, the aromatherapy massage comes with Champagne and chocolate. I didn't get a picture, but that was another bonus. read more

My husband and I went to Silent Moment for the second time this past weekend and we both had a great experience. He got a 50 minute job and the massage therapist did such a good job his shoulders are still pain free and I got my eye brows laminated and tinted and they look amazing. In the picture, there is still dye on my skin but once that fades they will look fire I can already tell! The tinting dye stays on for about 48 hours and then you can wash them off. We both were very pleased with the services we had and we plan to go back every month or two to try out new services they have to offer. They have so many different services! I did the Mini Package with the Ultimate Relaxation Massage and Signature Facial. The full body massage was absolutely amazing--she found and worked out every knot. I left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. The facial was just as incredible. My skin looked so glowy afterward with zero redness. I fell asleep! The ambiance was peaceful, clean, and super calming. The background music really set the tone and made the whole experience feel like a true escape. I booked a sports massage with Mahea and I can confidently say it was one of the best massages I've ever had! She immediately asked me about pain points and we talked through the best way to meet my goals. I'm an athlete so I was looking for something crossed between deep tissue and sports massage while hitting all the pressure points with firmness. She did just that and even incorporated stretching and spent some extra time on the points she noticed needed it the most. I will for sure be booking with her again soon! read more

I had the most amazing 50-minute massage with Jarrod! He has magic hands -- the pressure isn't super deep, but he intuitively works out the tension in a way that's incredibly effective and deeply relaxing. He's also really kind and thoughtful. At the end of the session, he even gave me a few helpful notes to pass along to my chiropractor, so the massage and adjustments can work together to help get my body back in balance. This place is a hidden gem. clean, chill vibe. Zola was AMAZING. I travel for work and have received therapeutic massages in most states. This was the best one I've had. I have Achilles Tendinitis and plantar fasciitis. extra attention to my calves helped loosen my feet and greatly lessoned my foot pain. Me and my boyfriend went and got a couple's massage experience. First off, the front lady desk was really lovely and I felt really welcomed. My therapist name's was Auna and his was Cordell. She hit all the areas that I said needed focus on and made sure I was comfortable. I asked for medium pressure and that's what I got, so I am satisfied.
