This place rocks. Family-owned and operated, bounce Houses R Us has made our last two annual BBQs a do not miss event. The only downfall will be the sad children (and adults) who have already been bouncing for like six hours, that can no longer bounce because it's 8pm and the sun will set soon. There's no real way to avoid this, though. These guys are prompt, professional, and their bounce houses are well-maintained and sturdy. Everything worked out perfectly with minimal integration. The whole experience was so hassle free, I look forward to using them again, and I recommend this west suburban company! Reservation was made online where I submitted my credit card info. They took a deposit, the remainder was charged after the event. I was not home when the bouncy was set up the morning of our event. SHOP AROUND!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS ALL OTHERS ARE BOOKED!! With so much competition for bounce houses, choose a company with only glowing reviews and are void of REASONABLE complaints such as this: Our neighborhood association contracted Bounce Houses R Us to rent an inflatable bounce house for our neighborhood block party. The morning of the party I was contacted by Jim Casey at 8:00 am who stated that the weather was poor now, but will clear up later in the day and should be fine. The bounce house delivered and it proceeded to pour all day long and we cancelled the block party and opted to use a rain date the following week. After contacting Jim Casey about the situation, Jim was very understanding and offered for us to use the rental the following Saturday contingent upon availability of a comparable inflatable and said he would contact early in the week to confirm. By Wednesday of the following week, no confirmation was sent and I contacted Jim who finally returned my call Thursday leaving a message explaining that no rentals were available and that we were stuck paying for the inflatable. I have since tried to contact Jim Casey numerous times to see if the association might receive a PARTIAL refund for the inflatable in order to free up funds for another bounce house. Jim Casey never bothered to return the call. Eventually, the association decided to cancel the party and move it to a date where Bounce Houses R Us would have the inflatable available, but once again, Jim Casey never returned a phone call. It is unfortunate that Jim lacks the business savvy to try to be reasonable in this situation. It is clear he never intended to try to accommodate our needs in any manner and never intended to offer a bounce house on a new date as he said he would be happy to do. He took our money and ran. If you rent from this company, you better hope they make good on their word and return phone calls if you have any questions or concerns. Also, if you rent from them, DON'T EVER PAY IN FULL AHEAD OF TIME. read more

These guys are great! We had the bounce house for a total of 10 hours... so if you plan on having an all day event- this is the company for you. They even said if we needed it longer to just let them know and they would come back later. They stayed in touch so I never had to worry if they were coming and I never had to follow up or worry. We called Bounce Houses R Us for my daughters 1st Birthday and they made her party a huge success. The very simple phone call to get everything set up gave me peace of mind that at least the tables/ chairs and entertainment was taken care of for the party. When they arrived the day of the party they set everything up where we needed it. I was really impressed with their attention to detail. They blew up the bounce house, cleaned it and vacuumed it out (even though it already looked perfectly clean). They made sure we were comfortable operating it during the party. I took there recommendation on how many tables to have enough space for everyone we were expecting and they were right, everyone had plenty of room and could sit comfortably.
