Buyer Beware! Absolute WORSE company I may have ever dealt with. I am putting a review in as many places as I can. Your service was awful. The owner and workers lie and tell different stories. I had to repeatedly text, call... to even find out when my order was coming. It was delivered over 24 hours after I was told AND a half hour past the start of my party. They were supposed to pick up on Tuesday. I text 2 different times and people and then get a text that they will pick them up in a half hour on a Friday night! Then I said no, come Sunday, I am busy. I get a NASTY text saying they will charge me again and that they attempted to pick up the order on 3 other occasions!! Lies!! We have a ring camera, and they never came or attempted to reach me to tell me they were coming!! On top of that, belittled me for putting them in my garage, so they wouldn't get ruined or stolen. I will tell every person who listens to me how awful this company is and how undependable they are. You couldn't pay me to use them. Buyer beware. read more

Wow very affordable and reasonably priced company for the quality of service that they provide, I ordered a 10x40 tent and they delivery guys were very nice and delivered it a couple days before my event so I had a lot of time to decorate it. I hired BHC to provide a tent, chairs and a bouncy house for my son's birthday. Mohammad the owner is good about responding promptly and their prices are fair. HOWEVER, the day of the party they were 5 hours late to set up which delayed our event and made everything chaotic. I was told initially they were running an hour behind which was not a big deal but every half hour or so I was notified that they were running behind. 3 hours later still waiting and was told that they didn't know where the crew was. The owner finally came himself and brought a different set of equipment which was not what we ordered originally. The tent and chair situation was ok however the bouncy house was not what I had originally ordered. I ordered the combo bouncy house which included an obstacle course and the one we got was smaller with only a slide. At this point our party was already 2 hours in and not much we could do. In the end we got the equipment however they were 5 hours late and without the correct stuff. The owner ended up putting most of the stuff up and my family helped out because there werent enough people from his crew to help. We also got a snow cone machine and they failed to mention to us to get ice which forced us to to go get ice during the party. The owner offered us a full refund but I didn't feel that was fair so he ended up taking 65 dollars off the bill. Honestly I was disappointed with their service and don't think I would hire them again. read more

This is a great place to get anything you need for a party. I had a last minute party where I needed tables, chairs, and a tent. They allowed me to pick up last minute on a Saturday. They were really helpful and allowed me to pick up when other companies turned me away because it was too last minute. They also had a very polite office staff that offered me refreshments when I came in to pick up. I really recommend this place. read more

Mohammad kept me updated throughout the day regarding estimated time of arrival for the drop-off and pick-up times for the bounce house. The bounce house arrived clean and several party attendees commented on the how nice it was. In addition to getting the bounce house, Mohammad comes to your house with an ice cream truck and had the birthday boy be the ice cream man...he loved it! The ice cream truck offered about 6 choices for the kids at the party and you get 25 pieces for free...the only suggestion would be to offer more ice cream choices for the kiddos. Overall, I was very impressed with Mohammad's professionalism, the cleanliness of the bounce house and the ice cream truck and his overall positive attitude...I will be calling for my next party!!! read more
