The staff at this facility are all very rude, hateful, and they will even argue with the patient…read moreover any discrepancies in either quality of care or office visit scheduling. They do not submit the referrals for specialists until several days after being ordered by the doctor, and they have no problems with not calling you back to discuss any results or issues of any test that has been run. Yet, they demand they be notified well in advance of any scheduling and appointment changes needed - so they can fill that time slot with another paying patient. Then, once you are placed into an examination room (generally not less than 30 or more minutes past your appointment time) the actual doctor/s themselves never do anything other than enter the room, say hello, ask why you are there, and then write a ton of prescriptions. They never look into your ears, throat, eyes, or check your temperature, or reflexes. They never ask any questions about how you are feeling, what pains you may be experiencing, or how you sleep. It seems the main goal of this office is not to provide medical care, but to "get one patient in, get them out, and invoice their insurance company ASAP. It's subpar care from a subpar facility.

Terrible service, went there for an immigration physical since they're supposed to be certified to…read moredo them and they had me come in not once or twice but 3 different times and to top it off it was useless because the doctor gave me an incomplete physical to send in and had to once again pay for a physical again (went elsewhere for the second physical)

I feel so lucky to be under the care of Dr. Lisa Ehrlich. She is friendly, personable and…read moreprobably one of the most capable physicians anywhere. During my annual physical, we reviewed all aspects of my health and the care she has provided me over the past year. At my request, she also detailed things for me to personally improve on in the future such as diet and exercise. I asked her many questions about the many vaccines available and she shared with me her knowledge and experience. It is never easy dealing with insurance companies and the costs of medications but I always feel like she, her nurse and her office staff are working for me even when I am not in the office. I had to reschedule my appt at the last minute and her office staff were very understanding. Kay, one of the administrative people is the kindest person I have ever met working in any doctor's office.

I would like to be the first to say that there is a very rude assistant working there. My parents,…read morewho are in their 70's went to see Dr. Mohammed Quraishi, Oncologist. There was no issue with Dr. Quraishi, but his assistant did not like the fact my father did not speak English well. When my parents talked to the " Rude One," we'll all call her and asked if there was anyone in the clinic that could assist with translating for a bit. She gave parents the worst attitude and service and just a negative vibe. This is my father's first-time battling stage 2 colon cancer, and the last thing he needs is to worry about to assistant that seems high on her horse and not empathetic to the doctor's patients. It appears that she hated her job and hated everyone there. If you hate your job, quit!!! They finally got a young lady who spoke Spanish to help, and she said that that is the "Rude One's" normal behavior. My mother also was so bothered but to not stir things, she remains silent, but I can not. I can't stand for this injustice to happen innocent people who are guess what are US tax paying citizens. My father has been living here since the 60's longer than that girl has been alive. Doctor Mohammed Quraishi, please check your staff before I report to the EEOC or some other agency. Show some darn compassion. Communication doesn't just have to be with what you are comfortable with, be creative. Think of the patients with cancer; Cancer doesn't have a language.
