He admitted me to the hospital on January 21st of 2019 and had a thyroidectomy days later. He came to my hospital room every day I was admitted. He is very thorough, rightfully aggressive and kind. He saved me by getting my surgery so quickly. I am also very impressed with all of his staff and associates as well. The offices(there are two locations) are very clean and comfortable. The infusion area has giant, cozy chairs that recline and has a tablet available for every person. He checks my blood once a month and always stays on top of what I need. If you have recently gotten a cancer and/or blood disorder diagnosis, this is the best place to go. Another wonderful thing is his phlebotomists are very skilled, quick and painless which is very important to me. Dr. Jawed has always explained things to me in ways I can understand and I appreciate his wonderful bedside manner so very much. Dr. Caitlin is also wonderful and is easily one of the most beautiful woman I have ever seen! I can honestly say there is nothing negative about this place. Very lucky to have found this oncologist.

She noticed that I was somewhat irritated as to having to wait so long. She said she was sorry but that was just the way the Dr was, meaning Dr. Toby Kirkwood. I told her it was unacceptable and I'm not going to tolerate it. She apologized and said that she would check back in with me in a little while. 5-10 minutes later, she came back and said the Dr would be another 5-10 minutes before he would see me. I told her no ma'am I'm not going to wait another minute and I walked out without seeing anyone today. I told her this is the last time I will be back to this clinic. I had another appointment next month but on my way out, I stopped by the desk and canceled it as well. I did receive my co-pay back that I had paid for today. I refuse to wait over hour half too 2hours to be seen. My time is just as precious as his......POOR SERVICE!!!! Watch your time!!!!
