I arrived there at 11:05am and checked in. I sat in the waiting room patiently waiting to be seen. At 12:40ish the nurse called my name to be taken in the back to be seen and get vitals taken. She noticed that I was somewhat irritated as to having to wait so long. She said she was sorry but that was just the way the Dr was, meaning Dr. Toby Kirkwood. I told her it was unacceptable and I'm not going to tolerate it. She apologized and said that she would check back in with me in a little while. 5-10 minutes later, she came back and said the Dr would be another 5-10 minutes before he would see me. I told her no ma'am I'm not going to wait another minute and I walked out without seeing anyone today. I told her this is the last time I will be back to this clinic. I had another appointment next month but on my way out, I stopped by the desk and canceled it as well. I did receive my co-pay back that I had paid for today. I refuse to wait over hour half too 2hours to be seen. My time is just as precious as his......POOR SERVICE!!!! Watch your time!!!!

More often than not, the front desk employees come across as passive-aggressive, rarely acknowledge patients when they arrive, and don't seem welcoming or friendly. For many patients, the front desk staff are the first people they interact with, often when they're not feeling well or are already stressed. A warm greeting and a little kindness can make a big difference. Instead, the interactions often feel cold and uninviting, which leaves a negative first impression. I hope Kelsey will provide additional customer service training to ensure every patient feels acknowledged, respected, and welcomed from the moment they walk through the door.

The only way to contact of them is to actually walk in, they have a call center who "forward" the messages to them. I have called them 3 times and have yet to receive a response. I needed my results for work and they said they would have it to me in 3 business days. I STILL do not have my results, which I was supposed to turn in 1 month ago. He's very upfront overall love the care here because he actually listens / pays attention to what his patient's concerns are. Anytime my mom and I go we literally use the pharmacy that is down the street. He sends it almost immediately while you're checking out and it's an easy pick up. He has seen me for the flu. For all you first timers, this office is located inside the big building that has the big sign Texas Bank. I thought I was in the wrong place and called in to verify if GPS took me to the right one. GPS was right and they're on the 2nd floor, right past the pediatric office. I got a call the day before from their office personnel explaining my benefits (how much insurance is paying and how much is my out-of-pocket). I was scheduled for a later time in the afternoon, but since they have an opening at 11 am, the nice lady asked if I would like to take the 11 am spot. Of course, i gladly took it. It didn't take long after I filled out the forms to being ushered inside. The dental assistant, Jodi took very good care of me. She has a cheerful personality that made me feel at ease. I hate dental visits but somehow she made feel like there's nothing to worry about. Dr. Mike did my root canal and he was very thorough and careful. It's an overall great experience for me. I'm glad I was referred here by my dentist!
