The first visit at All Animal Hospital they misdiagnosed a limp as Luxating Patella, which turned out to be a toe nail that fell out the next day and the limp was immediately gone. When i took him back the next day to ask them if he was misdiagnosed, they refused to admit any wrong doing on their part. Since All Animal is the closest vet to my home, we decided to give them another shot and walk in with our new puppy. The first time it was past 4:30, and they no longer take walk-ins even though our puppy appeared to be very sick. No questions, no concerns and no compassion -- just a hard no. I tried to bring her back today around 11:00 and they once again informed me they will not see her today. Again, no questions or concerns -- just no. Unfortunately, it seems like they have too much business (even though the parking lot and waiting room were empty) and not enough compassion and care for the animals. I would recommend taking your animal elsewhere!

Save1Pet was fast in processing our paperwork and calling us to ask questions about the adoption. I know adoption places often grill you about whether the cat will be indoor or outdoor, what you are feeding them and if you have other pets. I never felt uncomfortable answering any questions. There was never a feeling that I might give the "wrong answer". They were happy that we were adopting a cat and providing a good home. A week later when the cat showed signs of an upper respiratory infection and we called them back they got us in to see their vet and covered all expenses. Kathy is really wonderful and you can tell she loves these cats (and not in a creepy "you can't adopt my kitties" way, more in a "I want them to find good homes" way). If you're looking to adopt a cat I'd highly recommend this group.

There are PLENTY of rescue groups in the area, and many of them are breed specific, and many have puppies. My personal favorite is the Humane Society (see my review), but I also think Good Dog Rescue is great too--they mainly have small dogs, and I believe they are ALL fostered in real homes, which means they probably have some degree of training, which can be super helpful. Also, most dogs from rescue organizations cost under $100 and that usually includes them being spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, etc., all of which would cost you WAY more than that if you did it at the vet. Let me also suggest the Memphis Animal Shelter if you want to be a real, honest-to-God hero and karma superstar. It's a situation most dog-lovers can't face, myself included, but those dogs certainly need it more than anyone else does.

I informed an employee, and no action was taken to correct the issue. 3) If a manufacturer's coupon is attached to a product's packaging and for sale in the store, that coupon should still be honored whether or not it has expired. I've consistently found Hollywood Feed to be much more responsive to their customers, so they remain my primary source for my pets' supplies.
