We were very disappointed for two primary reasons: a) we contacted scabies in the room we stayed in, and b) we were promised a crib by the hotel management, waited two hours for a crib, the hotel management finally said they didn't have a crib and we had to buy a portable crib at Walmart. First, about four days after our stay at the hotel, my wife and I had a severe rash and bites all over our bodies. We went to the emergency room in the city we were staying and the doctor told us we most likely contacted scabies at the hotel. The room was not very clean and it is easy to see why we contacted the skin disease at the hotel. Second, the hotel management promised that we could have a crib in the room earlier in the day. When we arrived at 11:30 pm, there was no crib in the room. The management took 45 minutes looking for a crib while I was waiting. They said they were all out of cribs and said they would get one from the hotel next door. After waiting another 30 minutes (and at my inquiry--they did not tell us), they said they couldn't get one. They then said they would assemble a crib that need to be assembled. After 45 minutes, I went to the front desk and they said the guy who was assembling the crib went home and there was nothing they could do for us. We drove to Walmart at 1:30 in the morning and bought a portable crib. The customer service was terrible. When I called the hotel management after we found out we contacted scabies at the hotel, they did not seem concerned and did nothing about it. I would never recommend this hotel to a friend. The breakfast was excellent though. read more
