Security told me to go straight to the information stand. There I met Denisse G. Relationship Manager at the branch! She explained how the branch was closing in 20 minutes but could schedule an appointment for me the next day. She was able to get all my banking needs done within 30-45 min (included teller check deposit and withdrawal)! She was very competent, understanding and friendly! One thing I can say for sure is there is a lot of foot traffic at this branch. With this pandemic lines look to be longer than usual. However, from what I can gather a lot of these in-bank transactions could actually be done via mobile app or online. If you don't need to go into the bank then don't. Use your resources like online banking folks!
