I was greeted warmly by two people when I walked in, and thanked by three people when I left. Unlike the big and impersonal bank I currently bank with, I didn't need an appointment to talk with a personal banker. Michele P., assistant customer service manager, immediately sat down with me and listened to the issue, explained the procedures, and phoned a second person to double check that this somewhat rare case was being handled correctly. Brochures were easily accessible for me to peruse while I waited a few minutes. The matter will likely take a few days to a week to process, but I felt well taken care of, and Michele plans to follow up with me later today or tomorrow. She also answered several questions about new checking/savings accounts, and let me know that they offer auto loans, etc. Overall impressions of her: Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional. Impression of the bank: Friendly employees! No waiting - which was great! - and it was interesting that everyone's voices echoed a bit, due to the tile floor in the lobby area (there could be carpet other places; I didn't notice). The branch location is centrally located off 11th St. at Central, and is slightly hard to get to due to the busy intersection, but there's a good sized parking lot with ample parking. I was so impressed, I'll tell anyone I can about this place. And when it comes time to open a new account someplace, for myself or a family member, I'll remember the positive impressions I received and may bring my business here. Friday 2/6/26, ATM is down so I have to go inside for cash…read more 2 tellers are open but they say "we'll be with you in a minute". These 2 are just staring at their computer screens. You already have an ATM down and now 2 employees not helping a customer and it's a Friday afternoon. After a few minutes, close to waiting 5min, I start walking out. It's not until then do one says "Sir, I can help you". I decided to leave told them how ridiculous it was inside with broken ATM on the outside. Had no problem paying a fee to get cash from another bank. That ATM worked so it tells me it's time to find a better bank. *2/14/26 ATM was working but you could not get cash.

Parking at this location can be tough because it is a busy shopping center, but it is much cleaner and way nicer than the other location in town. One person in the whole Bank knows how to do a transfer! I went to the other Tracy branch and service was worse. 3 stars only because I enjoy the apps, mobile and online banking.
