Setting aside my feelings towards the institution, this particular branch provide provides a really good experience. I have worked with them for business in the past, and have continued to utilize them as necessary for my personal needs. My most recent visit here went very smoothly. The interior was very clean, the stack was respectful and helpful, and overall provided a seamless experience. Parking at this location can be tough because it is a busy shopping center, but it is much cleaner and way nicer than the other location in town. I actually drive further to get to this location, but prefer it over the one on 11th St. Definitely recommend using this branch if you bank with Wells Fargo. Has to give them one star but if I could I'd give them a negative 5 Made an appointment to open a new account for my daughter at 9 am. Showed up even before branch opened. Came inside was greeted. There were 4 bankers there when I arrived and when given my name was good I wasn't on the roster despite making the appointment. I was told if the other appointments didn't show up that they'd help me Infact one of the bankers is cleaning out her damn purse smfh Fast forward 40 mins later appointments have set showed up and I'm still waiting despite 2 banker standing around doing nothing. I'm super annoyed and confused as to why the two banker Suzanne and Leah can't help me when they aren't doing a damn thing. This is by far the worst service I've received at a Wells Fargo. read more

I walked in this bank today at 12:30 pm. There were 2 tellers working and 12 customers waiting to be served. Needless to say, it was a nightmare. Some gave up and left for higher ground while most of us bit our lips and prepared for back and leg pains. The manager, would only serve customers who were depositing checks. Everyone else had to wait for at least 30 minutes and accept defeat. read more

This Branch absolutely sucks! They always have only one teller doing all deposits. There will employees that could be helping but they are either talking behind the counter or on there break. I've banked at this branch for over 10 years now. Very good service most of the times although the lines van get a but long especially on Fridays. I do wish there was more outside ATMS however because lines can get a bit old. read more

Had a great experience and Amanda was a GREAT help! I had previously went to the craphole on 11th street to cash a check and the lady said no because the of a correction that the place I received it from did. She didn't even take the time to verify the check, she simply said no and left it at that. I waited over 20 minutes for no and a fake smile. I went to the bank on Tracy blvd and Amanda verified it and was very polite and apologetic for my experience at the other branch. If you have to Bank with Wells Fargo, I recommend going to the one on Tracy blvd! They are quick, not as busy, and the service is excellent!! read more

WORST BANK MANAGER I've ever met. Try to withdraw 3k and wasn't able to been banking with Wells Fargo for over 15 yrs and mortgage for over 2 yrs. Ended up closing my accounts thanks to the BANK MANAGER here, went over to CHASE and made the withdraw in 5 minutes. Will never come back to this place. I had a wonderful experience at this Wells Fargo Location with Megan. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful. We were able to open savings accounts for my two daughters. She was very patient with us and explained everything so well. My kids had fun most importantly. This past week and a half I have been having to drive back and forth between both welsfargos in Tracy. I was having difficulties with one of my business accounts; the Lady assisting me made a rude snarky comment at the Tracy Blvd. location i was really taken back by what she had said so I went to the Welsfargo on 11th who refused to work with me since they had already started the a specific process pertaining to my business account with the other Welsfargo. Which I thought was ludicrous. I Brought my concerns up to HR on the matter; because I am a strong believer in if you can't do your job right then you shouldn't have one; HR seemed to be helpful at first saying they would return my calls an never did. I'm so pissed off at with welsfargo I'm pulling all my accounts with them today; My non-profit, business, and personal and switching to US bank I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. The whole we will go far together is a line of crap.
