So this week has been hell for me with the Riverbank Clinic. First, I made two appointments: One…read morefor my x-rays and one for my for my lab work. I went into the place twice, one said no it was a phone call that I was supposed to have... I told her which appointment was it? They didn't seem to have both appointments down (so whoever scheduling thes appointments needs to be retrained.) I then left to go back home. So... then they said this today's was a walk-in office visit. I did tell them that I was tested for Covid so then they immediately said they couldn't see me without the test results... So I said if I would not have said I was tested I could have gone in? She said yes. So here we are back at the house. She does call me. She tried to send me a email which didn't come through, (she tried twice.) Then she said she'd be right back and put me on hold. I waited 22 minutes and then I hung up. I called back, nobody answered. I was put on hold then the machine stated that I could leave a message. So they did not want to deal with me at all. I let them know I was angry and I stated that when "they got their shit together, to give me a call on my results for my lab work and my knee." Worst customer service by far do not know how to schedule their appointments and since Jen is on vacation, I think it's more of when the cat's away the mice will play. Awful service.

I injured my shoulder about two weeks ago and finally went to see a doctor because the pain wasn't…read moregetting better. I left the appointment feeling disappointed and still in significant pain. The medications I was prescribed have not provided meaningful relief. Since my visit, I have sent messages through the patient portal asking for help because I am still in pain. It has now been two days, and I have not received a response. I understand that doctors have different approaches to treatment, but I expected my pain to be taken more seriously and for someone to respond when I reached out saying the treatment wasn't working. I left feeling unheard and now feel ignored. Because of this experience, I will be finding a different doctor and a different healthcare system.

Following my knee replacement, I stayed with Encompass for 6 days - what a difference those 6 days…read moredid for me towards my recovery!!! The nursing and aide staff were AMAZING. All very kind, patient and very helpful. The dietary/nutritional options were always very good. I would recommend Encompass to anyone needing help following surgery.

All workers there treat the patients with the upmost care. Our 2 weeks there were wonderful. Best PT & OT staff I've ever seen. Fast forward 12/30/25 my husband was moved there by Memorial Hospital after he was there for 2 weeks with GBS. We were there for 17 days. They worked with him & today he was able to come home. 2nd time he's had GBS in 34 years. Staff was incredible-especially Dr J & NP "Jay" OT & PT awesome 5 Star plus in every way. EMERGENCY DEPT. Took my partner in to er high fever cough and trouble breathing for 3 months now …read more The emergency room dr Mr p. told us he's just an emergency room doctor he doest't solve problems with patients, he said he just keeps people alive . Which should be concerning to all civilians who come in and get treated at this so called " better quality facility" . They took xray the dr. told me he didn't see anything in his Xray. Well we received his results online from memorial and it stated Hazy bilateral pulmonary reticular interstitial opacities, which are nonspecific but may be seen with interstitial pneumonia in the appropriate clinical setting. On his discharge paperwork they diagnosed him with acute bronchitis only because I told them he's had bronchitis several times this year. So basically it was a waste of time going there . If doctors don't have any answers then who do we go to for answers? I guess we are all better off researching ourselves on Google. All these so called "superior " hospitals are supposed to give better patient care than the other hospitals but apparently they are all the same except you pay more out of pocket for this type of healthcare.
