I went to get seen the receptionist took forever then I had to do a Covid test got my result. went back inside and they called five people in front when I asked why I wasn't being called the receptionist said waiting on your Covid result. This is my go-to place for medical help. My family has always had a good experience here. The office is always clean, masks are mandatory (which makes complete sense to me in a medical facility) and the staff is helpful. The doctors are always friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help. You must take a rapid covid test if you want to be seen, there's goes $200 if your insurance does not cover that. They require a mask and charge $1 if you do not have one when they should be providing it since they are already profiting so much. They can't afford to provide a 10 cent mask? Yes if you want a quick in and out experience- don't expect the drs to explain a lot to you, tell you what to do as far as aftercare, call you back when you have questions.. it's an urgent care, not you're primary care office, as long as people know that then it'll be good. In panic mode, I took my 4 year old there as he was showing cold symptoms with 102 fever. Being in such panic, I forgot my mask at home. The nurses asked me to put my mask on. I politely apologized for forgetting my mask and asked them for a disposable one. They told me flat out, we don't have one and rejected service to my 4 year old sick kid. (All because they didn't care to give me a ¢5 disposable mask). Imagine if I was sick and this mask could prevent me from passing the virus around. Aren't these folks solely there to help our society get relieved from this virus? Was a ¢5 mask worth me spreading the virus through our town or others around? No compassion here. Whenever I go to get an answer for my questions about my symptoms I always get answers. And then if sent home with medication, the doctor almost always calls me two days later to check in on me and asks if feeling better or if any new symptoms and encourages me to drink more fluids. I love that someone cares about my health. They are the best people and they listen and you don't have to wait for long in waiting room either! I will not go anywhere else for urgent care and besides they are half a block from hospital! read more

Turlock urgent care is really great, with such a small office they get you taken care of so quickly. 10 minutes is about the time from arrival to leaving that I spend here. I've had nothing but positive experiences, they listen to my concerns and make sure their solutions fix it. All of the doctors and receptionist are so kind and attentive. Over the past several years, I have been to this facility on two occasions. Once due to an eye infection & once because of a cut on my arm. Each time the wait was short & I was given expert care. Mary the receptionist has an attitude when she speaks to patients. Office manager "Jen" I think is her name is plain rude. The doctors are good and nice. It's the front staff that needs to be more friendly especially with the fact that people don't go in to urgent feeling great. I think friendlier and empathetic service needs to be provided especially for medical care service. read more

I typically don't waste my time writing reviews, but I'm irritated enough by my experience to go ahead and write this. first of all its annoying enough that you have to COVID test every single time you visit this place and or wear a mask. that aside I usually go here because it's conveniently located. I won't go back after my last visit I was diagnosed with a uti and prescribed a round of antibiotics.after finishing the antibiotics I still have the uti. I was told I could do a phone visit but would have to repay my copay. they clearly care more about money than the people they are seeing. Next time I'll go to the urgent care by quest. read more

I was experiencing severe neck pain from a car accident. I was able to be seen almost immediately. I was seen by Dr. Le. She was very kind and was able to give me pain medications and some muscle relaxers for the pain. I appreciate this establishment since my own doctor did not have any openings for another 2 days. This clinic was excellent! Very clean, friendly staff, patient doctors and really quick to be evaluated. I brought my three year old here to have a cut on the back of his foot looked at. The doctor was patient and asked for some background and related to the situation. My son was very calm throughout the whole appointment and I thank the staff for that. The nurse in the parking lot was rude to tell me I couldn't wait for parking, that I had to leave because there was someone in back of me trying to leave there was a huge space beside me if he wanted to leave he could have easily driven past me to the side like a kind normal human being, instead he honked at me repeatedly and I just ignored .... The nurse told me no you got to move and goes to the back and gets all smiley with him ... I called to ask why weren't they seeing if he was stable first (checking vitals and oxygen levels). They said husband didn't tell them that...... he did, and even said he has a video of it. The lady LAUGHED at me on the phone. When I get there I ask for the office manager which they refused to give me her extension number or tell me when she's in. Saying she's just in and out. I have a sore throat and suspected it was Strep throat since I tested negative for Covid the day before. So I waited in a line for 40 minutes to get to the front desk to be told they don't take new patients. They said they were too busy to take new patients. Didn't realize urgent care could deny people because they haven't been there previously. Would have been nice to know before waiting 40 minutes in a line outside. read more

I was told i would be reimbursed, however the clinic was going bill as urgent care, which would not be covered 100% by my insurance. The rep was VERY rude and should not be helping customers. This was my first time coming here. My daughters school called saying she was tugging on her ear. So I picked her up and rushed her to Urgent Care. Receptionist greeted me right away and I waited maybe 8 mins before we were called into the back. I expected to for sure be waiting in the room for 20 minutes like you do at the doctors but no. This place does get really busy especially early in the mornings on the weekends but the doctor my daughter was really compassionate to her and made sure she felt as safe as she could. My daughter got the flu suddenly and we were there 3 days in a row but she got the medicine and care she needed. Would definitely recommend this place. read more

They are nice but do not go here if you have anything you suspect needs Xrays as they do not have the equipment. They will send you about two miles to another facility where you have to refill all your intake and insurance paperwork. Greatly increases your wait. read more
