This place was the worst, I went in and said my son had been poked in the eye with a fork and they immediately started saying that they don't treat those kinds of injuries. Mind you they didn't even look at him, he was not bleeding or expressing any pain. I told PA S. Walker my eardrum is ruptured, diagnosed by an ENT specialist. She still prescribed neomycin drops, which should never be used with a busted eardrum. I'm now in worse pain. When I called back, she just said she "didn't see" the rupture. This felt careless and dismissive. read more

Our whole family used to go here for as long as we've lived in this town. But for the past 3 visits, both myself and my son have been misdiagnosed by the new P.A, Our latest experience was the worse when she misdiagnosed my wife's bronchitis with allergy, while my wife had the worst bronchitis signs... to the point she had to be admitted to hospital. After the facts, we called to discuss their misdiagnosis, and the HR representative insisted that they were correct. We will not be using them anymore. read more

I've been a Kaiser patient my whole life and have never been to an urgent care until recently visiting express lane. It was one of the best experiences I've had at a medical facility. I walked in, was seen within 10 minutes and given a prescription for a sinus infection. The doctor I saw was super personable and friendly, Zach I think his name was? My husband and I came in with our week old baby boy who was running a fever. When we arrived the staff were all sitting together having conversation and /or using their phones (they had no patients) As you can imagine I was very distraught being that my child was sick and as a first time parent not knowing what to do and wanting to get him help asap. I walked in asking for help the apparently found it funny because they laughed at me as they looked up from their phones and with a smirk the main doctor told us we can't see him here take him to the ER. I understand now that because he was a newborn they really couldn't see him, but I wish I would have seen some empathy from the staff at this facility. I've used this urgent care facility a few times over the years, and my experiences have been mostly positive. This time I called ahead for an appointment and my wait in the waiting room was less than five minutes. The doctor listened to me very intently, and thoroughly explained a couple of options. Overdue review. I went to this urgent care about a week ago due to a throat infection. I was in such pain and needed medication asap. I saw at least 4 other urgent cares in the Turlock area and was turned away from all of them due to crazy excuses. One mis diagnosed me as just having the flu (I did not have the flu). Finally found this place and they saw me right away. They took great care of me. Prescribed me the correct medication and my pain went away the next day. Thank you so much for helping me. Everyone in this office was rude, especially the PA she was the least helpful, I felt something was off so I went to get a second opinion and she turned out to be wrong. $125 bucks for 5 minutes of rude rushed service. WOW this place really puts the word urgent in Urgent Care. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, 2 second paper work, sat down long enough to pick up a current magazine before being called. Medical assistant professional, Physician assistant professional and knowledgeable. I was treated for a cut, got my tetanus shot and out of the door within 10 minutes of walking in. There were other patients being treated when we walked in and when we we left. I gave them the highest rating for being able to manage their patients and provide fast & friendly service. read more

This place used to be above board; but has since dropped off. The front office staff is amazing. However, the doctor's bed-side manner leaves much to be desired. She, the doctor, was not helpful or even concerned with helping my situation. I had asked for a note to aid in a situation at work due to a skin condition, not to avoid work or change/shirk any of my duties mind you; but just until I could see a specialist when my insurance kicks in within the next 60 days. She would not help. Flat refused. I wasted $110 to see a doctor for 5 minutes that was rude and unwilling to help. Sad. It really feels as though doctors do not care any longer. My daughter has been having trouble with her asthma for a few weeks now. I have taken her to her primary care doctor many times in the last few months. I called her doctors office once again to schedule an appointment because her condition has not improved. Her doctor tells us to just keep using her inhalers. Well after a few weeks its obvious she needs something more. Her doctor was unable to get her in until the next day. So I went here instead. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. The doctor examined her and prescribed the medicine she needed and said she has a sinus infection so she prescribed medicine for that. After so many trips to her regular doctor it was nice to FINALLY get the medicine she needed. I may just bring my daughter here from now on. read more

I hesitantly came in after two or three weeks of what I thought was a severe cold or upper respiratory problem that wasn't getting any better. I originally have Kaiser in-network insurance, but they approved Express Lane Urgent Care and the co-pay was low. The receptionist team has you fill out quick paperwork and I waited for maybe only 10 minutes. I had Dr. Greenlee who checked some pressure points and did a quick check up. He was very gentle and kind, but precise and quick. I was prescribed medications and they were available within a couple of hours. The only issue I have is that I was never informed what the health problem might be. More of a curiosity, because the medications prescribed worked. Thanks Dr. Greenlee and staff! read more

I came in for a bad rash that spread throughout my body and I obviously can't see my primary care immediately so I went to this urgent care and the PA which is a blonde lady was only going to prescribe a steroid shot and then an allergy medication. I had to verify with my sister who is an MD (not a PA and way more experienced and knowledgable) if this is just an allergy and she said it is a fungal infection just based off of the way the rash looks.. she even verified this with a dermatologist she works with and the DERMATOLOGIST recommended an oral anti fungal medication anti fungal ointments. I told this to the PA and you could tell her ego was destroyed and she said she will not take someones recommendation over hers. I said its a dermatologist recommendation though. She said "then you should see your dermatologist" I mentioned that she's not MY dermatologist, it was my sisters co-worker. She then told me to just go buy OTC creams...She failed her duty as a healthcare professional all because of her ego...she needs to update her knowledge on medicine 100% read more

I walked in at 8:40 and told them my issue. I was told that they had just taken their last patient for the night and I could not be seen. They always close at unpredictable times. The doctors are never thorough, they treat patients like they are just a number.

Unfortunately, this urgent care only offers incredibly poor service. Not only does their website have one set of hours posted, their door has another set and the rude receptionist will give you another. If you go in the evening, make sure you're there 1.5 hours before their mysterious closing time otherwise they will tell you they've accepted their last patient and you'll need to return during their random business hours. It is, however, a great place to go if you want to listen to a couple sarcastic, rude front desk receptionists; otherwise, stay clear. I'll pay the extra money to visit the ER just down the street. read more

I used to frequent another urgent care in Turlock, but I don't any more, unless absolutely necessary (ex: if Express Lane is closed).
