My biggest complaint was the presentation. While it looks very pretty, serving toasts with poached eggs on a wooden board instead of an actual plate is incredibly impractical. There are no raised edges, so everything slides around, making it frustrating to eat, especially with runny poached eggs. It feels like style was prioritized over function. Overall, it's a cute café with some great gluten-free options and lots of menu items I'd still be interested in trying, but the execution of the toast itself left something to be desired. I'd still come back, but I'd likely stick to takeout.

It took a few more minutes, and now I'm officially late for work. They offered a free bag of chips again, so I politely took them and headed back to the car. I was so hungry that I ripped open the sandwich to take a bite or two before I started driving. Yo. The bread was HARD as a brick. It tasted like they made the sandwich like an hour ago, and it was just sitting on the counter. It was very, very dry. I've ordered this sandwich MANY times, and this is the first time I bit into it and actually didn't want it anymore. But, I was hungry so I ended up eating it but there was barely any meat in the sandwich, which is crazy because this whole sandwich is supposed to be mostly meat. It was mostly bread, and there wasn't even that much sauce in the sandwich. This is one of those places where I want to keep trying other things on the menu, but I can't help but get the same thing every single time.
