To preface, I've only done catering orders so I can't speak to the ambiance inside, but the staff always assemble the orders properly and have never made a mistake. This review is strictly for the food, which is really damn good! I love their bowls: the ingredients are fresh, high quality, and they have a great variety. Plenty of unique options on their menu with lots of flavor combinations to keep your tastebuds guessing. My favorite is the harvest bowl: the goat cheese, sweet potatoes, and rice go so well with one another. This is one of those places where I want to keep trying other things on the menu, but I can't help but get the same thing every single time. I was so irritated with my order today. I have ordered from here at least 15+ via UE DELIVERY and I find that the best way to get the bowl that I want. When I ordered in person for the first time I discovered they don't ask one by one what you want in your bowl like Chipotle. I somehow ended up with a bow I didn't really want. I wanted HALF KALE, HALF RICE. She somehow put full kale in my bown and then asked "Quinoa"? I didn't want quinoa, I wanted rice but the way she asked me it made me feel "pressured" or something so I said "fine" but I was so aggravated inside. I only recommend ordering via the APP or UE so you can pick EXACTLY how you want your bowl/plate. They dont take the time in store to ask you what you want (and obviously I dont remember EVERY ITEM THAT COMES WITH EVERY BOWL). How am I supposed to know? I like how at Chipotle they ask you "what rice do you want" "which beans" etc and you tell them. Every time I've ordered through UE or Sweet Green app I've gotten exactly what I wanted but I feel like when you order in person, they don't take the time to get your order right and not only that but push you and don't let you make a choice. I'm a loyal, daily Sweetgreen customer (which can be verified from my rewards app), and I've always loved your food -- especially the Autumn Harvest Bowl. But lately, things have really gone downhill. A few days ago at the Hollywood location, they were out of the cold sweet potato -- one of the key reasons I love that salad. The thinly sliced, chilled sweet potato gives it so much of its flavor and texture, so being offered warm, chunky sweet potato "at no extra cost" honestly threw me off. It's not really a fair swap when it changes the entire bowl. They were also out of bread -- again. This has become a regular issue, and many times I have been given stale/dry bread. The day before, they were running low on wild rice and Brussels sprouts, and the staff had to scrape the bottom of the container just to fill the scoop. This happens not just at the Hollywood store, but at West Hollywood too, so it's clearly not a one-time thing. As someone who literally goes every day, it's frustrating to see how inconsistent the experience has become. The staff should really be mindful of how much customers are paying -- nearly $20 a salad -- and take a little more care with portions. Too often it feels rushed, with scoops barely filled and ingredients thrown together without much attention. I actually reached out to Sweetgreen directly before posting this, just to give them a chance to respond or make things right. But they didn't even acknowledge my message, let alone offer a reply or compensation. It's disappointing, because I truly love Sweetgreen and want to keep supporting it. But the lack of consistency, care, and response has made me start rethinking my daily routine. read more

For anyone that's never been here before think of it as Chipotle but for salads! I'm a former fatty so listen to me when I say it's rare a salad can be flavorful or enjoyable for me but this place definitely fulfilled both. Ended up with their ranch avocado and added some sweet potatoes which was definitely the move. Everything portion size is big and a tad more on the expensive side but healthy things tend to be. Service was quick and friendly. A few places to sit inside and a hipster wall with leveled steps meant to sit on for a quick spot as well. Parking is a pain but what can you do? Food: 5/5 Good food! I love the salads here. The quality of the produce is top tier and everything is so tasty. My go to is the fish taco, Buffalo chicken or make your own. The dressings they have here are very good too! I'm damn near addicted. Price: I only took off a star because of the price.. it's a bit on the pricey side and they charge for veggies that typically should just be included. A bit knit pickey with how they go about charging for certain items. Amount of dressing: I really think they should have measurements for light medium or heavy. Because it varies from whomever is making your salad that day. I ordered light balsamic and it was quite HEAVY (see picture) I recommend getting dressing on the side and letting them mix it but you put the dressing on yourself. HIGHLY recommend this. And that they will eventually have measurements for light medium & heavy. Overall, great food! But on the pricey side and the measurements for dressing aren't accurate. read more

I placed an order online so I could walk from my office to pick it and back. I only have 30min for lunch, as I am a paramedic, and have a strict return to work time. Our lunch being 12:10-12:40, I chose 12:20pm for the pick up time, when I ordered online at 11:40am. After arriving at the store a few minutes early I waited for the pick up time selected, then approached the counter to see if it was ready. The cashier looked behind him and said sorry there's a back up then quickly walked away to help the 1 customer at the order station. After he finished with the other customer, I again attempted to ask about how long they anticipated, and to see if I should just order from the other counter, he wouldn't let me even start my question before again leaving yelling back at me they are working on orders. As I do not have the ability to be late back to work, I attempted to get the attention of another employee, who just ignored me completely, and a third who also said they were working on it, but would not listen to my question. I was forced to leave without lunch as I had to be back to my office by 12:40. I was charged full price for my order, no one would help in the store, and their site only has autobot responses, with no way to get a person, the chat has limited options for responses, and no option for informing them the order was never completed. So I paid $26.00 for a salad I never got, received no assistance from anyone at the store, was treated rudely when trying to ask a simple question, and there is no way to get a hold of a customer service representative. read more
